A group of us have been customers at Champions for years and the service has been so repeatedly horrible we decided not to come back. The servers act like they are doing you a favor by serving you, giving negative attitudes and even rolling their eyes at us for asking for simple things like an extra chair or water. Recently we went back to see a favorite band and we had a server that completely changed our minds. Carol Anne took the best care of us we have ever received in ANY establishment. She was not just courteous but on top of every aspect of her service. She actually cared about us. We never had an empty glass and she always had a comforting smile. Even when our food came out incorrect she was smiling and willing to make it right. She sets the bar high for what a server should be and we will continue to come back as long as she is there. The food is good and even though its very loud we enjoyed the band. Kudos to Carol Anne and thanks.

Wow, how does three weeks change things? On 1÷10÷15, I ordered Champion’s hot wings and they were fantastic (refer to previous review). On Super bowl Sunday, the hot wings were below average and not worth ordering. How can things go from fantastic to below par in 21 days? This time, the wings were small, tasteless, and overcooked. To me, it seems like they changed wing vendors because these were not the same wings I had three weeks ago, in my opinion.
