This place was great! The staff are very friendly and Jonathan was so helpful in pricing out my options for lenses and frames. He even called my insurance for me to get more details on my plan and what exactly they cover. I will be returning here in the future.

This place is so incompetent. They add every add on to your glasses without explaining how anything and then when you get your glasses they give you a headache. You take them back only to find they messed up your glasses. They replace them… But you shouldn’t have had the problem in the first place. Then you make a contact lens appt and they tell you it will be free is you have it in a certain amount of days. Nope another 65. Then they don’t have your trial pair so you have to make an appt to come back… Only they didn’t input your appt. this place is a headache. Save yourself the expense and just go someplace else! Seriously!

This place is in NO danger of winning any customer service awards. They are also in no danger of exceeding your expectations in terms of honesty, quality or timeliness. This has proven true over three separate experiences I’ve had here. Save yourself the heartache and go to (I can’t believe I’m going to say this) LensCrafters or Pearle if you don’t know the area well (like me). At least you’ll have some corporate guarantees to latch on to if things go awry.
