Very courteous after hours service. I locked myself and my dog outside in the rain and a nice younger man arrived in less than 30 minutes and had me inside in no time. He couldn’t have been nicer. Considering a locksmith can basically pick their price when you’re stuck, I felt the cost was more than fair for an after hours call.

Terrible customer service. The girl who picked up the phone was incredibly rude. I called Gene’s Locksmith. Gene himself answered the phone, was completely professional, told me the price, and came out within 15 minutes. Do not call these people. Call Gene.
