I got 5 keys made here recently. Standard door keys and the service was quick and the prices were acceptable. I have had keys made here before and have never had issues. They do need to get better looking key covers though. The smiley face covers = no. Nice, convenient location.

The good thing is that they did get my FOB for my 2008 Toyota Prius programmed. I purchased a FOB online and I went to this place to get it programmed. I called them several times, as this place was far, as to how much they were going to charge, what happened if they could not, how long would it take to order another FOB is this one did not work etc. Over the phone they quoted me a price to $ 70 for programming the FOB I purchased online. when I got there and gave them the FOB they again said $ 70 and a hour. I asked to be called when they were done. They called 2.5 hours later and told me it was $ 90, that they misquoted me the price. And that they were planning on raising it to $ 100 so I was getting a deal at $ 90.
They still had not cut the back up key until I asked them too.
Make sure you get the amount they charge in writing.

The only thing you can say in their favor is that EVENTUALLY they were able to provide us with a second Toyota Highlander key at a more or less reasonable price, but that took almost 3 weeks. On the first trip, there was some problem with programming the key, and he had to order the blank anyway. Then he forgot to order the blank. So about 2 weeks later he finally gets the key blank in, and tells us when it’ll be ready, and we wait around as they open their shop 30 minutes late. The total amount of wait time (the standing around, not just waiting for the blank to be ordered) was at least 3 hours. For a key. Unfortunately, they’re also the only ones in a reasonable distance to where we live who can provide this kind of key duplicating. But at least now we know to be a WHOLE lot more careful about losing our backup key.
