I love this Ace Hardware ! We always visit Fraser Ace for our second home needs — as well purchases for our Denver home. The selection and pricing is great — and there is always an employee willing to help! You are not left wandering like you have to do at the big Denver chain stores. Thanks for your hard work — and knowledge !

I’m a local homeowner and have shopped at this store for 10+ years. Overall, they have had what I needed, and the prices are fair given location and selection. The in-​store staff are quite helpful.
My two-​star rating is based upon a recent experience where a staff member made a copy of a key off of a «Do not Duplicate», or DND, key for someone who was renting my property for the weekend. The key was copied onto a standard blank without the Do not Duplicate designation.
I called to speak with the owner, Greg, about this and he was not concerned at all because he felt that they were helping out the customer at the time. As the property owner, I feel that the policy of making copies off of DND keys is inappropriate and breaches the chain of control over the keys for my property. Greg maintained his position that it helps out the customer and would not change his store policy of allowing these copies to be made. We agreed to disagree.
I feel that it’s fair to publicize this practice so that local property owners are aware of the policy in place at Fraser Valley ACE Hardware.

Small Ace with decent selection and full paint department. Very nice staff. Easy in/​out. Never too busy but a bit on the pricey side compared to other local Aces.
