Maybe I got lucky, I don’t know. That being said, I don’t typically review large chains like this unless the service was very good or very bad. In this case it was very good. I went in to buy a pair of $ 20 Nintendo eShop cards for my 3DS to get more DLC for Fire Emblem Awakening(It’s a great game and I highly recommend it, especially to those who think Nintendo does not cater to serious gamers anymore). Anyway, I waited in line to check out for some time, as the cashier was going over a purchase with a customer. Normally I would have been irked by the wait, but he really took his time explaining things to them. Instead I was quite impressed by this and I continued to wait patiently. When it was finally my turn, he pointed out to me that I had picked a $ 50 voucher card unintentionally, and allowed me to swap it out for another $ 20 card. We then got to talking about why I was purchasing the cards and he asked me what I thought about Fire Emblem Awakening. To put it bluntly, I had a fan-boy moment explaining about all the great features and aspects of the game and it’s story. I even answered a few of his questions about the game. In the end, I think I convinced him to buy the game for himself. Complaints… well I only have one. I can’t remember his name! I wish I could, but all I remember, and I don’t mean to sound like I am stereotyping, is that he had dreadlocks.

Terrible customer service. I called ahead to see if they had a specific toy and they said they did. After driving twenty minutes to the store to pick up the toy(a gift for my nephew in England) I arrived and the box was ripped open and had pieces of tape holding it together. I asked if they had any others in the store, they didn’t. I asked if they would give a discount since the boxtime was clearly open, they wouldn’t. Save yourself the time and go somewhere that appreciates their customers!

It’s a toy store. That has a ton of toys. I use it alot to go in and test things out for my son and then buy it online for much cheaper.
