Tracy is the best at what she does. I am never disappointed! She takes her time with my pedicure and my toes always look great. My nails never lift or chip. She does exactly what I want every time. I would chose this place over any other place in Cool Springs!!!

I came in for a regular manicure & eyebrow wax. Prices weren’t posted which I thought was weird, but I figured it couldn’t be more than $ 20 at the absolute most. I was shocked when she told me the price was $ 30! Both services came out well, but it was nothing special & I hated that she kept trying to up sell me. Overall it was okay, but I won’t be back based on prices.

Love this nail salon– by far the BEST in Franklin. Clean, friendly staff and they always do an outstanding job on my nails. I highly recommend this nail salon. Just wish they were open on Sundays.

Just had a pedicure at idol nails and it was a horrible experience. When it was finished, I felt less relaxed than when I entered. The man that performed my pedicure was rude, rushed and rough with me. I would not recommend anyone choosing this salon. It was a huge disappointment!
