Standard Taco Bell. The orders that I have gotten are always filled promptly, with traditional fast-​food response. I recently went, and got NO SAUCE added in, on my order. I’m a bit upset. I would suggest adding at least mild sauce, regardless of whether anyone asks for it. I asked for «fire» sauce, and received nothing. Silly when you type it or say it outloud… but should not be an issue.

Hands down the friendliest customer service ever! Everyone works very hard to make sure you have a great meal! Regarding the 1 star review, I go there once a week and they have never been out of any items.

I agree that it seems weird to review a Taco Bell, but this place is outstanding! Polite with great customer service. They give you a wet wipe with your meal and, yes, the daily trivia question! I often wonder what the managers are doing to produce such consistently great staff.

Really, I love this Taco Bell.
Reason 1: they have a daily trivia question. How fun! I’ve won twice now ;) you get a coupon for a free drink next visit.
Reason 2: they staff at this location is craaazy friendly, nice and curteous. I don’t know what management is doing over here but it must be something great!
I know fast food is wrong… Taco Bell is my only vice!

I know it’s Taco Bell, how can you review such a large chain?
Well when they are consistantly outstanding everytime you go it’s easy.
If you like Taco Bell and don’t we all once in a while for something quick, cheap and edible in our time of hunger, you need to head over this one in Franklin. This TB is like no other I have ever come across.
Spotless everytime you go because they have someone cleaning the tables and floor every 15 minutes or so.
The service is #1
They are extremely friendly and curtious and best of all they are quick and accurate which is really hard to find at a TB around here.
If you like TB or are in the area and are hungry, stop in and see.
