The drive thru is a consistent 15 min wait; the staff leave the mic on and yell back and forth to each other (that has happened nearly every time I am patient enough to wait in drive thru). I’ve been «forgotten» about while sitting in the drive thru just to hear the staff inside having entire conversations with the open mic… I usually just end up going inside to wait, to ensure my order is correct. The inside is dirty; no napkins, sticky floors, the tables are nasty, I always take my order to go. They are «out» of common things regularly (cups, sauces, lids) tonight, I was told they only had small cups and were out of other sizes — whatever, nothing new — they’re always out of SOMETHING. So, I accepted the small drink and then watched her restock the cups 5 minutes later. Seriously? Staff is completely clueless, lack personality, and are rude. Too bad the next nearest Taco Bell/​Kfc is almost an hour away.

The worst! Dirty, the staff was not at all friendly, nor did they look happy to be there. I ordered 5 taco supremes. What I received was none of the above. I couldn’t even ask for more hot sauce because the lady just threw a few in the bag and walked away. Not a thank you, have a good day, fu$@ you, nothing! Thanks for wrong order! It sucked!

3 times now I have got wrong order or not all of my food, and when I asked the manager what she was going to do for me she laughed. (CHECK YOUR BAGS BEFORE YOU LEAVE!!)
