Tried this place for the first time today. The restaurant was very clean and the food was good but the portions are pretty small for the price.

Delicious food! I practically was licking the bowl clean. Staff was helpful, and the food was prepared quickly and perfectly. I highly recommend it!

Staff= great Food=great Prices= great Family friendly=great This is another in the trend of «hybrid» restaurants– but the amazing thing about Noodles & Co. is that the service is better than many«full-service» restaurants. The staff is remarkably friendly and helpful. There are plenty of healthy options; and they even serve wine for the grown-ups. We’ve been there about a dozen times and never disappointed.

As I sit here and type I have been here close to 30 minutes. 15 minutes I spent waiting in line for the only cashier to take my order. You have three cashiers, use at least two. This is crazy. If I had not already paid I would leave. Very disappointing experience.

I had a craving for Mac and Cheese and thought I would give Noodles a try. I ordered Wisconsin Mac and cheese and added parmesan-crusted chicken. Ordering on line was easy. I liked that it showed additional options and costs at the touch of a button so that you could customize your dish. If you like your Mac and cheese with a lot of sauce I would re commend that you choose the option to add extra cheese sauce. I liked the amount of cheese without the extra, but I had to stir it around to make sure all the noodles got cheese sauce in each bite. The added Parmesan– chicken was tender and very tasty. The side Caesar salad was truly insignificant, though so I would not order that again next time. Ditto for the ciabatta roll. The Mac and Cheeses did taste good, and if I have a craving for mac & cheese again I consider Noodles for my craving fix. I will definitely add the Parmesan crusted chicken again and probably add some extra cheese sauce. But I like the fact that you have the option so that you can adjust the cheese sauce according to your taste and calorie allowance for the day.

Good food and clean! I was unsure of the noodles thing so I ordered the cheese steak. YUMMOLA! My hubby had the Spicy Ceaser Wrap and that was also the jackpot!

The resturant gets a star for cleanliness, but the food sucked! I ordered the Thai Curry Soup with tofu. The tofu was SO over fried it wasn’t even edible. It was like chewing on little rubber squares. The noodles in the soup, name sake of the resturant, weren’t even cooked! Barely al dente. The broth was sweet and spicy and truly the only thing I went after, and that ONLY because I was so hungry. Epic failure here.

Had never been to this restaurant before last month, and now I’m a fan. The herbs appear to be fresh, but my favorite thing about this place are the low-calorie options, especially the buff bowls. It’s a refreshing change to find another place besides a certain sub chain to eat out without having to make caloric sacrifices or jogging runs in penance. The staff here are all very friendly, and the only improvement that would be nice would be a bit more spice to the soups. Still, you can add your own at the table, and I do realize this is Nashville.

It was okay. My noodles came out very chewy but the Mac and cheese is good. Nothing to be too excited about.

This review is such a throwback, but I was in Franklin in February when an insane run of weather turned Nashville into the coldest place on Earth. During that time, the entire city shut down and my saving grace was the consistently open Noodles & Company. The food isn’t anything to write home about, but you know what, I have to respect reliability. I think I would have starved to death if it wasn’t for the service of Noodles & Company.

Is it really that hard to get a order correct? Ordered the Tuscan Pasta with Parm Chicken. No Chicken. 2nd time I have ordered from this place. Both times they have screwed up the order. Done.

It’s really a good lunch spot on weekdays. Low price and limited choices. Taste is so so though. I ordered Thai hot pot thinking it’s spicy. But I really can’t tell afterwards what does that«hot» mean. It’s neither spicy nor hot as in more than warm. Also, I’m never sure whether should I leave tips at a place like this, you know, seems like a fast food joint but still with some sevice.

Ordered the pad thai and some other curry noodle dish. Veges were semi fresh but undercooked, as in raw. Meat was substandard. Both dishes were rather bland. The pad thai in particular was almost inedible. It seriously smelt like cat food. I’ve been to other N&C chains but this is definitely the worst. 2 stars for friendly service and nice atmosphere. In saying that, one of the staff started vacuuming around us and it was only 6:15pm. Not cool. Definitely not worth the $ 22 price tag for two below average meals.

Solidly meh. The noodles were decent. The ‘steak’ seemed like the meat from a can of Dinty Moore beef stew. They also have one of those touch screen soda machines which means waiting in line behind technologically illiterate people who can’t make up their mind and push a button properly. On a positive note, the staff were extremely friendly. I don’t fault them for the food at all because I’m sure they prepared it exactly how their company wants them to, and I could tell by the great service and lovely presentation that they put work into it. It isn’t their fault if their company hands them substandard ingredients to work with. I’d probably give this place three stars if it cost half as much, but for the $ 11 I spent on my bowl of noodles and ‘steak’ I’d honestly expect a bit better.

Had a lovely experience there with my family. I’ve been to the one in Chattanooga so when they opened one in Cool Springs I was excited. First time my mom and I go in to check it out they gave us a coupon for a completely free dinner for a family of four — perfect for us! We were so pleasantly surprised… Not only did we love the food but the people there are so nice! This place is the best for a quick, delicious dish at a reasonable price with the coolest drink machine you’ve ever seen! It’s become a favorite!

My first visit(a Tuesday night at 6pm). Order taker greeted me when I walked in and was helpful in going over the menu with me. I ordered the ‘Whole Grain Tuscan Linguine”, small, with a grilled chicken breast. I don’t always go the healthy route, but this item sounded tasty, and the two customers ahead of both ordered it, so I figured«when in Rome…» Despite being ‘healthy’, the dish had a lot of flavor. The noodles and veggies were NOT overcooked, but had just the right amount of firmness to provide different textures. The grilled chicken had been squeezed completely flat, but still had a touch of good flavor from seasonings. It still tasted fine, especially when cut and mixed with the noodles. I just tend to prefer chicken that tastes and looks more fresh [natural plump?] Overall, the restaurant was clean, the staff friendly and the food good.

I have really mixed feelings for Noodles & Company. Like Wild Noodles that used to be over off Cool Springs Blvd., I really want to like the noodle places but they just aren’t like the noodle houses that we have eaten in when we travel. On first try I had the steak stroganoff. The beef was fairly tasty but the noodles were just off as was the sauce. It had a strange sort of tang to it. The other person in my party ordered the Pesto Cavatappi. It looked nothing like the picture on the menu that was bright spring green from pesto. You could barely see the tiny green flecks and lacked much pesto flavor. And the cavatappi was dry, not enough sauce and again, a strange texture. I think the noodles are precooked or something and it just shows in these dishes. We had noticed that most of the people around us on the first visit had all ordered the Asian noodle dishes. They are on to something. Then I got a coupon for a free bowl complete with the meat. So I got the Japanese Pan Noodles with the naturally raised pork. This dish was good and had a lot of flavor. It didn’t seem as dry as the other dishes and the noodles didn’t seem to have that off texture. So right now I am still on the fence with this one.

Yum! I was really pleased with my meal at Noodles & Company. It felt a little risky ordering one of the Asian noodle dishes in this chain noodle restaurant, but I wasn’t expecting ultra-authentic Japanese udon noodles. I was really satisfied with my meal. I added shrimp to the dish, which made for a good combo. I didn’t realize Noodles & Company offered such a cool, semi-«trendy» variety of noodle dishes. They offer a truffle mac ‘n cheese(which I couldn’t justify ordering because of the calorie count. which is posted next to each item on the Noodles & Company menu). There’s also a pesto pasta dish. Anything is customizable it seems — what proteins and veggies you want in your dish. There wasn’t an advertised option to start completely from scratch where you got to pick your noodle, then sauce, then veggies, etc. Not that I would care so much for that option, but I’d say Noodles & Company would work with you on it if you should choose. Glad there’s one closer to me, in Green Hills.
