Merle Norman Cosmetics & Day Spa

This is a wonderful Merle Norman store, I ran out of my favorite eyeliner and had to search quick for the nearest MN store, it’s a drive from where I live, but the owners starting from the grandmother down to the granddaughter, they were all so nice and helpful and I came home with wonderful eyeshadow palette and my favorite eyeliner. Will definitely be back!

This was my first time there and the first thing I noticed was a non appeasing sitting area with old furniture with broken chair backs and the store just didn’t seem well put together. I went in for an eyebrow wax and left with one brow shorter than the other. When the female was putting on the wax I could feel here doing something with the edge of my brow like she got wax on an area that shouldn’t have. Then she kept asking me if I tweezed my brows in between which I didn’t. Well she took off way too much and then at the end told me I may want to see a doctor because I may have a thyroid condition because my brow had no hair towards the end. Quite funny when I looked at a picture of myself a few days prior I had even brows and one was not short. She took too much off then tried to tell me it may be a thyroid condition. That is just wrong and I will never be back. Avoid waxings at this location!

This place is top notch when it comes to customer service. Brandi gives the best facial, I had an acne break out and her magical facial cleared it right up. Her knowledge on skin blew my mind! She recommended some great products but was not at all pushy. My eyebrows were a mess before I started coming to her on a regular basis! She can wax anything with perfection and in record time. I use to use Clinique or Lancôme makeup until I was introduced to Merle Norman, their foundation is great and their eyeshadow is the best. The girls will take time to match you skin color or show you makeup tricks. So friendly, knowledge and most important not pushy. They really care. Best place for facials and makeup in Cool Springs!

Brandi is awesome! Her massages are so relaxing and she makes you feel so comfortable. She is very knowledgeable of all the products they offer there and gives such great advice to ensure you purchase the right products. I would definitely suggest Brandi to anyone, especially if you need your day brightened! :)
