Mattress Firm Clearance

This location scheduled a delivery of my mattress called and canceled my delivery without any explanation that made any sense because I spoke to 3 ppl that gave me different explainations. Planned to deliver it on a snow day called on today to tell me its snowing and to call the store back to see if they open tomorrow to reschedule. They only deliver to my area I’m told twice a week from 5pm to 8pm. So I will be without a mattress for likely another week messing with these people. I spoke with a manager you would think that management would care more a bout the service and find out why I want not able to receive my mattress timely if not from 10 to 1 pm as scheduled at least the same day.
I happen to work like most people so these delays are more than a inconvenience something extra pillows for my trouble doesn’t pacify. Someone at a corporate level should be able to get to the bottom of this type of delay. I total understand them not being able to come in this weather I value safety. However my delivery date was yesterday when roads were clear.
People beware if you live im a location this place feels is not a priority they will treat you as such. If its a problem coming to this area you should not offer service here.

This place was awesome. Kenneth was terrific. He was patient, knowledgeable and friendly. We had our mattress delivered the same day and we went in during lunch. He was honest, gave us all the information regarding any mattress we questioned him about. We will definitely be going back for more.

Last month was our second time to buy a new bed from Mattress Firm in this location. Yep, they’ve been here more than ten years.
Whatever else you select anywhere else, get a written price and these guys beat it. Period.
And then, five years same as cash.
And… delivery that very same stinkin’ night. A little surprised they delivered at 9:30 PM, but hey, no issue here.
What more can you ask for, people?

Zero. Stars. Can we do negative?
My husband and I were looking for a mattress because we recently learned I am pregnant, and my «bought right after college and it was all I cold afford» mattress was not getting the job done.
We began our search at Mattress Gallery Direct, right next to the Golf store by the Cool Springs Mall. I really enjoyed that place. Attentive, gave options, had us try everything he thought would work for us. NOT PUSHY. We found a mattress we liked, but I am the kind of gal who likes to make sure there isn’t something better out there. So we headed to Mattress Firm… and I am glad we did. Let me explain WHY.
I have never been so uncomfortable in my life. We walk in, and immediately the store manager approaches us. We tell him which brand of mattress we like, and ask if he has anything comparable. He said, «Oh, you must have come from Mattress Gallery. Just tell me, like… what did they say about us? We have a lot of customers that come over and tell me that they’re bashing us.» Strike 1. (FYI — they didn’t say anything.) Then he said, «Well, why do you like Englander?» I said it was comfortable, plus they use it at nice hotels like the Ritz, so it’s gotta be good. He said, «Ugh, they told you that? That’s a lie.» And proceeded to waste 10 minutes of my husbands and my time googling The Ritz Carlton to find out which brand of mattress they use. My bad, it was the Waldorf Astoria. Strike 2. Then, he saw us growing more and more uncomfortable, so he goes on a rant about how he’s good at what he does, he’s the owner /​manager and can guarantee his lights will be on — but he can’t say the same about them, and if we bring back a business card from the other store, he’ll give us 40% off. Ew. Strike 3 and beyond.
On top of this guys heinous behavior and complete unprofessionalism, the mattresses weren’t all the great. They didn’t compare to the one we ended up getting at Mattress Gallery, that’s for sure. And the prices were WAY better at Gallery, too. So, why am I glad we went to Mattress Firm to compare, you ask? Because now I know we made the right choice. Steer clear, unless you basically want to get yelled at for looking somewhere else first.
