I hesitate to leave such a bad review, but I honestly had the worst time in this place. The lady who cut my hair was super rough with the comb and scratched my face a few times with her nails. Also, anytime I asked a question, she was very condescending. I was extremely uncomfortable and just wanted to leave. She cut off way more hair than I wanted. The hair cut itself is fine (except for the 2 – 3 extra inches she decided to do away with on her own). Seemed like a very judgmental and uncaring environment overall. Would not recommend.

Regina is absolutely fabulous! Her customer service is great and she does a fantastic job. I would trust her with the whole family. We will be going back to see her again and again with such a great experience! Amanda has also been great. She is so friendly and did a great style! Thanks Mastercuts for both of them!

Worst hair cut experience ever. The woman was on the phone half the time to start, even after I had asked her if I would be done in a half hour as I had another appointment. Then she cut started cutting hair THEN TOOK ANOTHER CUSTOMER while i was sitting there with chunks of my hair on the floor. And to top it all off. she cut my hair literally 4 inches shorter than I had asked and tried to make it my fault. She said she cut exactly where I asked, Um, no. Absolutly not. Then she said «oh well for future reference layers make your hair shorter» well, as a hair professional she should have factored the layers into the cut and left more length. It was completely her fault and she denied responsibility. What a joke of a salon. I’m extremely unhappy and will never return. I suggest you stay away as well unless you want your hair butchered.

Four months later and I’m still as happy with the treatment — cut and color and recommendations for products — Regina/​MasterCuts gives to my hair. i’m in for the long haul!

Regina. The manager. A++++! Great with my son, great with me. If I ever lose her, I will be devastated because then I will have no clue who will be able to give my kid a surfer look time and time again. She knows what she is doing.

I am not one to write reviews, but had to share my experience this evening. My five year old son was in desperate need of a cut. We usually go to snip its. Thank goodness when I called they closed at 6:00. We decided to head to mall and find a salon there. We ended up at Mastercuts and were fortunate enough to be helped by the manager Regina. She was very nice to my son and actually took her time cutting his hair. And I thought kids cuts were supposed to be done in less than five minutes (Snip Its). She then proceeded to shampoo my kids hair. He was a little hesitant at first but loved the pampering. I thought we were done, but Regina sent my son to get tattoos from another sweet girl while she shampooed my hair… and I didn’t even get my hair cut. Needless to say, my son and I had a great time and will definitely be going back from now on. My son said he is done with Snip Its. Thanks Regina!!! You made out evening.

This is the only place my wife and I will go to get our hair cut. Regina is the best. She is the only person other than my sister (a hair dresser) that cuts my hair right. Professional service, fair prices, product recommendations, styling tips, while still having polite and down to earth staff. Ask for Regina, you’ll be happy you did. We drive a half hour south of where we live to have her cut our hair. I’ve gone to other mastercuts and wound up looking the way a doll looks when a 4 year old gets ahold of scissors for the first time. Regina rocks, this mastercuts will continue to get my business as long as she works here.
