Had my kids w/me & met an old friend for lunch who lives in the area. I was told a bit of a wait which was ok since my bud wasn’t here yet. Place was busy at lunchtime. Waited less than 5 min after being told 10 – 15. Nice! Had the buttermilk chicken breasts. Very yummy! Sides were mac n cheese which was excellent here!, and broccoli which was ok. Kids both had burgers and reported satisfaction w/both. Fries crispy & good! My friend had the steak skewers& veggie skewers. Tender & very moist is what he told me. Rice pilaf was firm and not limp. Service was prompt & very good. They also brought warm rolls(house made) w/butter, prior to the meal. Solid lunch to be sure. I did feel prices were a bit on the high side. However, Ive noticed that seems to be the current trend here in the Nashville area. Haven’t been here for several years, so I noticed a difference. Having said that, I would stop here again.

A little mixup when seating us in the bar since the table wasn’t cleaned yet and the menus under the table were never removed. The waiter was great and remembered all four orders without missing a thing. The food was good and cooked to our request.

We just left Logans Roadhouse, it was the worse experience I have had in a long time. We had to send the steaks back two times and still they were poorly cooked. My wife could not eat hers even after it was brought back second time. Mine was so tough I gave up after eating less than half.

My expectations were so much higher. I used to go to Logan’s often. Did they change management? The service was ok. But the food quality was not that good. The salad was not fresh. Everyone at the table agreed. Also everyone including me were disappointed with the low quality of the steaks. We all had ribeyes … They were thicker than they used to be and did not have the texture of ribeyes. Not good. Not worth the price at all. Not going back.

Ate here and I have to say this was one of the worst places I’ve been in some time. I went with my parents and we had to send our food back 2 times. Because the food was cold. But the waitress was nice. Also I think I was ripped off because the chicken tenders I got looked more like chicken nuggets.

Went to Logan’s today for the first time, now it’s also going to be my last time. I enjoy frequenting steakhouses and roadhouses and this Logan’s takes the prize for TASTELESS. Dinner rolls were fluffy but tasted like paper, the butter didn’t help. Caesar salad was bitter, lacking cheese, had chewy croutons, and even had a couple stowaway raw mushrooms. Finally the 16oz Ribeye I ordered medium came out a perfect medium. That’s the only positive thing I can say about it — it was cooked right. However, after the first bite I had to cover it in steak sauce because it had ZEROSEASONING. All I could taste was the black crunchy grill marks on the steak, absolutely tasteless meat. I enjoyed the buttered corn more than I enjoyed the steak. The fat in the steak didn’t help he flavor, just made it harder to chew. Don’t get a steak unless you enjoy using steak sauce.

Atrocious service. 15 min before we were acknowledged. Food took 40 minutes. Steak was overcooked. Staff was confused and not well trained. Avoid this place.

Went to logans on New Year’s Eve. Of course it was busy but we got seated within 20 minutes. So first, the waitress was an older lady, which can normally be endearing and a good thing. Don’t get me wrong, she was nice but didn’t seem to know the menu and was very forgetful. She said it was because she was«old». I didn’t say it, she did. She brought out a side salad that was supposed to be the«healthy & hearty» one with light dressing and no cheese or croutons. Well she brought out a normal salad and then asked after the salad was in front of us what dressing we wanted. I just repeated that it’s the healthy salad so which ever light salad dressing that comes with it. She brought balsamic vinegar. It’s supposed to be some sore of light tomato vingarette. At least that’s what’s it’s been previous times. Second, the dinner roll plates were DISGUSTING! I don’t know who washed them or if they even did it at all! The food was actually good! I think the only problem with this place is maybe a little more training the servers on menu items and looking at the plates before you send them out to make sure they aren’t dirty. All of this is easily fixed.

Logan’s Roadhouse is a pretty decent place for a franchised business. I’ve been here several times as I’ve traveled back and forth to Franklin, TN from my home in Florida. Never have had a problem with their food. Have always had good or above and beyond service — even when they are mega busy. They’ve got some very friendly waiters/waitresses, and their management team is quite committed to taking time to ask if your dining experience is going well. Prices are reasonable and you get good value for the money! Love their loaded potato soup and their ribeye. Their salad isn’t just iceberg lettuce and always look fresh. Don’t come here expecting gourmet, but if you’re looking for decent steak at a decent price, you’ll like it.

Many gluten-free/Paleo options available, even on the kids menu. They have good steaks at decent prices. We are regulars here.

The other day 2 of my boss’s showed up at my job. Decided to take us to dinner. We came in at 6pm. Every table that would hold 7 was taken. The hostess(didn’t get her name but she was wearing a brace on her wrist) was very accommodating. She continued to let us know what was going on. Suggesting alternative seating when it came up. When something opened up she walk me over asked if this would work. It was small but hay I’m not going to wait all night. She was very southern girl friendly. The rest of the staff was fine. The food is what I expected from this chain restaurant.

With chain restaurants it can be hit and miss. This Logan’s is not as good as its sister locations in Nashville. Great location in Cool Springs. Strengths: Great steaks at affordable prices compared to local restaurants. Diverse menu for non meat eaters. Opportunities: Consistency. Some days this location is fantastic. Most of thle time though, it is disappointing. Needs better management or to learn from the 100 Oaks location which is the best in Nashville. They don’t even add butter to their rolls like most locations. Summary: Ok to eat but if you are craving Logan’s, drive 10 minutes north to 100 Oaks location.

Logan’s Roadhouse is not a restaurant that I would typically visit, but I was visiting with friends, so I didn’t have much of a choice in where we ate. We called ahead, and our group of twelve was seated right away. There were five children in our party, and one of the servers noticed us as we were being seated and brought over a plate of loaded fries on the house. They also have huge buckets of peanuts on the table to snack on while you wait for your food. Their rolls with butter were also amazing. They must put something in them because I could not stop eating them! When it came time to ordering drinks, another gal at our table asked about dark beers. The server recommended a Heineken. I think he may have been under age, so I can’t really hold that against him. I ordered the grilled shrimp with a baked potato and grilled mushrooms. The sides were great, and the shrimp was pretty decent. Overall, I had a positive experience, but like I said this isn’t the type of restaurant I’d choose to eat at on my own.

Logan’s is a good steakhouse, although their competition is better priced in my opinion. I love the atmosphere with the peanut shells on the floor and openness of space. The restaurant is very large and can accommodate a lot of people. If you have a peanut allergy though, I would highly suggest you go call 911 before entering… I typically order a ribeye steak(wanted prime rib, only on Fri-Sun). They have 2 sizes of ribeye at Logan’s… a 12 oz and a 16 oz. At Logan’s your steak will be approximately ½″ thick which makes it extremely difficult to cook to certain temperatures. I prefer my steak to be cooked at Medium Rare but I got a Medium+. Service was good and I would certainly eat there again. If you want to save some money and have a great steak go to O’Charley’s.

Decided to come to Logan’s because no Texas Roadhouse available locally. Unfortunately, we had horrible food — overcooked and had to request new, then it was tasteless with zero seasoning and questionably previously frozen meat. It also seemed there were lots of other tables sending their food back. The server seemed new but was helpful in fixing our food problem. The manager comped our meal, however we barely made a dent in the food because of the lack of flavor. Overall based on the food, we won’t be back. We enjoy food with much more flavor.

It’s a chain; you throw peanut shells on the floor; one can make whatever argument they like for or against Logan’s. They are cheap, and yes I mean cheap. They frequently offer coupons and combo deals and as a result, it’s not a bad place to eat out for those on a budget. That said, don’t go in expecting much and you won’t be disappointed.

When in Tennessee, eat at places you can’t find in California, even if it kind of reminds of Outback! Came by with my bosslady for dinner at about 6:00PM and it was nice and loud, sounded really happening. She happened to like the place, I had never been. We were seated immediately and were brought(warm) bread and butter. There was a lovely bucket of peanuts on our table that you could eat and toss the shells on the floor. Our server was nice a gentleman who was fairly attentive. I ordered the 8oz. sirloin with onions on top, cooked medium, with a grilled mushroom skewer and the loaded sweet potato. The steak had a little too much pepper for my taste but the onions were phenomenal. They had 2 onions, one which was more sauteed and the other was cripsy and the textures went together really well. The mushroom skewer was A-OK, I loved that they offered it but nothing phenomenal. The loaded sweet potato though… that was worth texting the boyfriend about! A sweet potato filled with caramel sauce and marshmallows that somehow doesn’t come out too sweet. AMAZING. I didn’t need to get dessert because of this lovely side. They have a «health nut» menu for those of you watching your waist as I normally am, but when in TN, just eat.

This is a pretty good Logan’s. Service is good here, and the servers are mostly very friendly and good at what they do, with only the occasional dud. The food represents a good value. For a casual, sit-down restaurant, you get a lot and pay a little. That said, don’t expect top-notch steak here. You win some, you lose some. They do prepare it well, and typically overcook it just slightly(i.e., they cook it like most chain restaurants cook steak, which is about a half-step more cooked than you ask for). Don’t order a higher-priced steak here, because you might be disappointed. Instead, stick with the value and get the sirloin. Sides are decent, and salads are pretty standard. The table-break is always hot and fresh and my kids love it.
