Everything I had was delicious just ended up being too much food. Chicken bento box and a rainbow roll (shared of course). The ginger carrot dressing is not as I’m used to slightly creamy still good. The miso soup was more flavorful than I’m used to but delicious, chicken teriyaki and rainbow roll were amazing! I enjoyed this place and would come again for lunch or dinner. Was good for a casual date.

Sushi is vinegared rice. RICE. Given what the name implies, you would expect the rice at least to be well cooked. Not so much. I think my experience was not the normal for this restaurant, but it was completely unacceptable. The rice was really badly cooked and should not have been served. It did not stick together and was waterlogged. Very disappointing.
On a positive note, the fish was fresh enough to taste quite good. Also, I said that I liked things extra spicy and they whipped me up a special sauce in the kitchen to try with my spicy tuna roll. While the service was good, I just cannot give more than two stars for poorly made rice.

Pleasantly surprizing little nook in Brentwood. They have a very tasty creamy gingery dressing for their salad, good miso soup and constantly refilled my green tea aka nectar of life.
I had the shrimp teriyaki which was very tasty with onions and mushrooms, although just ever so slightly overcooked. Their spicy tuna roll was pretty good too. (the one thing i order at any restaurant that serves it… well, almost any restaurant… if you know what i mean)
anyway, i highly recommend trying out Fuji! Also, i have to mention that the ambiance is pretty great here. The very Zen-​like décor makes for a home-​y, quaint, and peaceful dining experience.
