I came into this location with a problem with my eye glasses. I thought my problem would be easily solved, but we kept running into issues. The problem was not easily solved and I offered to come back in when I had more information. They would not let me leave without helping me. They were amazing and came up with a solution. Thank you to Allie at reception and the lady in the eyeglasses center (I forgot to ask her name). They were both lovely and they care about their customers. I am definitely a customer for as long as I am in the area!

Long-​time patient, but in Green Hills. This was my first experience at Cool Springs. Very professional exam. Minimal waiting. Doc explained everything clearly. The optical shop was also attentive; again just a brief wait. Special lens could take about a week. Overall a good experience.

I’ve gone to Eyecare Plus for close to 15 years and my experiences have generally been favorable… until this year. A few months ago the lenses of my glasses had become scratched so I took them to Eyecare Plus to be replaced. Thus began a comedy of errors. They incorrectly produced my lenses four times! I was left without glasses for months. Finally, I had to ask for a refund and go to a different optometrist.
Although the optometrists were professional and I thought the examination was good, there are definitely problems when it comes producing accurate, quality eye glasses.
