It takes a lot to impress me for customer service. So many companies drop the ball or just let good customer service opportunities pass by. NOT Central Garden & Pet. We have a fish tank we bought last year. My son’s fish died after several months(yeah… Our water isn’t the greatest). So we put the tank away until we got him a new fish. When we pulled out the tank we discovered that we were missing a small part of the filter. Completely our bad. My husband called the manufacturer to see f we could purchase the missing part. The customer service gave us a fix we could do for ourself at home. And then to our surprise the next week the part arrived in the mail!!! Now that’s impressive customer service. Thank you!!!
