I made an appointment because they took my insurance. I had an irritation on my eyelids. I waited way too long for the PA, the waiting room was packed. It didn’t smell clean or look clean. I paid a $ 30 co-​payment and was told my insurance would cover the cost. The PA spent about 30 seconds looking at my eyelids, she didn’t touch me or ask me any other questions. She gave me a prescription for cream that costed me $ 50, I googled it and it was «hydrocortisone». A few weeks later I get a bill for $ 157 from the office! Waste of $, waste of time, they rush you in and out. $ 250 for an appointment with the physician assistant who spent 30 seconds looking at me is absurd. I wouldn’t recommend this dermatologist to anyone and will never go back.

Cold and blunt. No good patient care constantly pushing products. What is worse is the hours wait with an appointment and then she sees u for less than 5 minutes

Both the PA Maggie and Dr Kushner are life savers. I went in for a routine check up and they were so thorough that they caught something early. Most insurance accepted. The staff in the front are friendly and courteous. I read other reviews of this office and I do not agree with them pushing their products. I didn’t give a five star just because of there is a wait at times and the hours aren’t as accommodating as I would like. Overall excellent drs and service. They explain any procedures and give great information on follow up care.

Don’t come here. Lied about pricing for microdermabrasion. Also they pushed their products too much. And refused to refund. Always screwing up my copayment. I guess I owed 20 $ so I received a call saying they’ll send me to collections if I don’t pay. Ridiculous. Say away. All they want to do is bill your insurance and push their products.

DONT THINK ABOUT GOING! my appointment was at 10:00am and they called me in at 11:00am I was the first person there so I don’t know why it took her a whole hour to see me. When she did, she barley had 5 mins to talk. Instead she decided to sell me 3 different products, but I didn’t buy it. WORST DOCTOR EVER! Doctors are doctors when they care about there patience but obviously she is after MONEY! DONT GO TO HER! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME!

I’m a pharmacy student– so I know my medications. The doctor didn’t even see me when I specifically requested to be seen by her. When I fought for it and she finally came, she told me my condition was not treatable. Bullshit! I just needed a prescription. I even knew what medication I needed. Instead she tried selling me her «specially formulated» peels that’s «you can’t buy anywhere else». In reality, she was just trying to sell me 10% glycolic acid lotion for $ 50 and I can buy those off Amazon for $ 9 if I needed it. Pass on her! Save your time and money.

Dr. Kushner didnt finish removing all my skin tags in my neck. She keep on asking me to come back! Another $ 50 copay!!!
This is the only office ive been who ask for copay first before the treatment!

Please do not see Dr. Kushner…she is all about money. Waiting time in the office is about an hour and then she only see u in five minutes and charged you $ 50.00 copay first. She tried to sell her products to you. I brought her product SPF 50 sun cream and prescribed solution (customized skin care) cleaner with an acne and brighter booster. I paid $ 95.00. I used it for about 1 week as per her instruction. Going on the 4 days… I see my face turning brown, I called her and complained she told me no… it cannot be her product… may be the antibiotic that I am taking. I continued using it… about 7 days… I see no change but my face was getting worst; all burned and black in color. I called her again and complained about the reaction on my face. I asked to return the product and get back my $ 95.00…her staff said no. She said that the doctor would like to see you first. I told her I am not coming in and pay a $ 50.00 co pay for a five minutes visit. If she wants to see me, she has to see me with NO CO PAY and do not bill my insurance; plus i took a day off from work and i lost pay due to this. Staff said she will not agree to this. Staff told me that doctor will call. I am still waiting for her call. Money is more important to her than to her patient. I called BIOPELLE — where she purchased the product as a wholesaler and sell to her customers… they were not able to help me in anyway. They told me to go Dr. Kushner and get my refund. As of today I did not received her phone call, which the Staff said she will returned. I called them about 3 times and cannot get hold of her. PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANY PRODUCTS FROM HER… they are very dangerous to your skin and will burned your face… NO I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO SEE HER. SHE SCAMED PEOPLE FOR THEIR MONEY AND DO NOT HAVE ANY REFUND POLICY ON HER PRODUCTS… I GOT MY FACE BURNED FROM HER SO, SO… CALLED PRODUCTS… KEEP YOU MONEY IN YOUR POCKET… AND KEEP YOUR FACE CLEAN… TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT & WASTE OF MONEY & TIME…

I had two doctors here check me out. Both improved my situation greatly. dr kushner was very nice and very fast although she seems no nonsense in both small talk and helping you, but that is a good thing. Receptionists are accommodating and friendly.
