My family and I have been to this location several times since the restaurant has been opened. This evening we went through the drive thru and came directly home (5 minutes away) to eat our meal. We ordered four #1 meals (chicken fingers, fries, toast, and a drink). All of the portions were extremely small, the fries were old, and the food was already cold. On top of the food being bad, and cold it was really expensive for what we got. And, the drinks were wrong. And I forgot to mention that the girl working the drive thru was evidently having a bad day because she was not friendly at all. And that is a generous description of her attitude.
The bottom line is we will not go back to the Frankfort, KY location. There are too many other restaurants in town that pay attention to detail and have friendly staff.

Drive through was slow. I had to repeat my order 3 times. I didn’t get the sauce I asked for. My friend enjoyed his chicken tenders. My sandwich was a bit messy.
The iced tea was good. The fries were hot.
This isn’t my first choice for food, but it won’t be my last choice.

The food is fine IF you can get it like you ordered. I have learned to sit there and check my order before I pull out or risk missing something 99% of the time. The other problem is customer service. The «kids» that «work» there don’t speak to say thank you, here’s your change, or even bite my butt. They open the window, take your card, pass it thru, close the window. You wait. Then they hand you your food and they close the window. Worst service in town.

I’d say Zaxby’s is like a better version of Chik-​fil-​A. More variety to the menu items. The service isn’t as good as Chik-fil-A’s but I’ve never had any problems with Zaxby’s.
