I Have Always Gotten my car Rentals from this location but after this last visit on friday i think not!!! I feel as thought whoever the rude lady was that said she was a manger was calling us thieves. To say i cant rent to you because there has been so many cars stolen from the garage because i didnt have a major credit card though i was using my same debit card i use every time! Not to mention my neighbor was there getting a rental as well and she even made a point to say she was using her debit card as well and putting her son on the rental… and the manager made a point to say she was a «special exception. Not saying names or pointing fingers but my neighbors son is a convicted felon… so… forget enterprise especially this store.

Why?! I reserved online a midsize, 4 door car (Ford Fusio or similar), arrive early to pick up the car and my options are a Mustang or a pickup! I’m traveling with 3 other people plus luggage! Can’t do the pickup cause it’s calling for rain! All 4 suitcases are NOT HARD SIDE! don’t want 4 suitcases waterlogged! So we go the route of the Mustang. REALLY nice car! But not very comfortable when you gotta put cooler in front floorboard, somebody gotta sit with feet on it, plus bags of stuff! 2 people in back seat, smallest suitcase between them AND their purchases in their lap!
Why did I not get the car I RESERVED?!
THANKS, ENTERPRISE FOR A SOME WHAT RUIN ED VACATION!
