Simply Polished

Helpful, prompt, fair prices, good color selection, gel pedi is still good 3+ weeks later. They knew I was on my lunch break and worked quickly, advising to just to a polish change so that it didn’t take too long, which I appreciated rather than them doing the more expensive service and taking too much time. I’ll return for sure.

Great place! I just happened to go in on a whim. So glad I did! Lisa was my nail tech for a manicure and pedicure. The tubs are nice and clean. They actually do something I’ve never seen before; they line the tubs with plastic and then when you’re done they take the liner out! All the stuff that comes off your feet goes with it! The instruments for the mani pedi are individually packaged so no contamination or disinfectant needed. I thoroughly enjoyed the pedicure; complete with an orange scrub and a wonderful massage! The manicure was just as great. Lisa really took her time and did a great job! My nails and toes look fantastic! Also it was very quiet when I was there, no rush!

Usually I go to nails 21 in Framingham but I pass by this place all the time and it’s closer to my house so I decided to check it out. The salon is very clean, everything is brand new and I like the simple, modern décor. I got a gel mani and pedicure. I am very happy with both and i consider myself to be extremely picky with my nails.
The pedicure did seem fast but I keep up with my pedis so there wasn’t any crazy maintenance to do. The massage part was way too short though, other salons do it much longer. I got a black tip French and the woman was thoughtful, took her time, and perfected it.
**also there is an ATM inside, which I really appreciate because I never have cash to tip, I usually have to run next door to a convenience store to get it**
I will be going back to this spot next time I need my nails done.

The color choice and atmosphere are awesome. However they do not keep to their scheduled appointment. My sister and I came about 10 min early and were prepared to wait. They were able to take one of us early which was good, but did not take me until 15 minutes past our appointment time. Only half of the manicurists spoke any English other than yes, and I Am ready for you. They did apologize after the fact. I would definitely go back.

This was a bad manicure experience. My nail tech was an older man. He didn’t seem like he knew how to remove the gel from my previous gel manicure. It took him 35 minutes to remove the gel. He was picking it off with his fingers after he tried filing it off. It hurt! Then as he was applying the polish I noticed how shaky his hands were. I had polish all over my cuticles. My nine year old had a different tech applying her polish. The tech kept getting frustrated with my daughter so she kept sucking her teeth at her and grabbing my daughter’s wrists to put her hands in the dryer. When paying I noticed my daughters fingers had polish all over them too. The owner felt bad and said to come back and she will fix it for free. I’ll pass. The next day I was at a party where 2 women had similar experiences at this salon.

I’ve been looking for a high quality, clean, and friendly nail salon for the last 2 years since I started a my job in Framingham.
Being in the Beauty industry means I have high expectations for customer service and sanitation and after going to several other nail salons on route 9 and all over the area, getting rushed nail services that make me feel like I’m «bothering «the staff. I can comfortably say that Simply polished offers you a much better experience.
The place itself is pretty convenient and has plenty of parking with great hours. The atmosphere is clean and simple with a black and white theme. I think it could use a little more decoration to complete the experience as there isn’t much in the mani station area besides white walls, but that’s just my silly opinion, it’s really not an issue. I walked in and asked for a gel mani and pedi and From the moment I walked in, Katie greeted me and engaged me in friendly conversation which was very welcoming. My technician was very careful, gentle, and sweet. She took her time and really put the effort in to do a great job. While I was getting services I didn’t see a single staff member on their phones, which I always find obnoxious, just smiling faces busy and hard at work. The thing that struck me the most right off the bat is the cleanliness !!! Omg soooo much cleaner than any other place I’ve been to. During the pedi my technician even had a single use liner that went in the tub. All the instruments they used on me came right out of the sanitation packaging which was make me over the moon happy! The scrub they used was even in a single use plastic cup and everything was neatly labeled… just fantastic. They have a decent selection of colors and the manicure chairs were so comfortable. The spa music put me into a relaxed trance-​like state which set the tone to make the rest of my night great. My nails look fantastic and I will definitely recommend Simply Polished to all my clients and friends.

I got a gift certificate here for Christmas and I have a trip planned for next week so I went in today and got a full acrylic overlay, with gel polish and a deluxe spa pedicure. This place is awesome! Depending on what you are willing to pay for regarding quality service, cleanliness, and detail, will determine if you find it expensive. All my services with top came to $ 127 ($ 25 for tips between technicians $ 102 for the services). Lisa did The Deluxe Spa Pedicure ($ 50) which came with a scrub, mask, paraffin, massage… (They use bath liners to ensure not cross contamination between clients!). It was a REALLY nice pedicure. I’ll most likely stick to the standard pedicure or the hot stone in the future but if you want to treat yourself try the deluxe! Katie did my acrylics and did a beautiful job. I’m super picky and she just did her thing and checked in to make sure I was happy with her work which I appreciated. I ended up getting a black French manicure with a purple line (all gel polish over acrylic) which came to only $ 52. All and all I’m very happy with my nails and my experience and am super excited that this salon opened! I’m definitely going to be back!

Best gel manicure I’ve found in the area! I recently moved nearby and had tried several salons unsuccessfully before coming here. I do gel manis and pedis, and I’m a very happy customer now that I’ve found Simply Polished.

I am so happy to have found a local nail salon that I love! My daughter and I got our first gel manicures here around Thanksgiving and Katie did an amazing job with the designs that we requested. I work at a jewelry store and almost every customer who came in complemented me on my nails. We then returned with a friend a few days before Christmas and again, Katie and her staff did a great job. My nails still look amazing. We plan on returning very soon. I cannot speak to any comments on the pedicures but the staff was very friendly and the place was spotless!

got gel mani I think 3 weeks ago and still looks great. it was a bit awkward with the waxing. I will go back and try their pedicure and see how that is done. gel mani was $ 27 or $ 28 I think and waxing was $ 20.

The polish on several of my toes chipped within a few days of my pedicure. Not what I paid almost $ 30 for. Go 10 minutes down the road to FemiLuxe Nails in Wayland instead.

Got a pedicure here today and I wasn’t very wowed. It was $ 27 so I expected a little more. The tech was VERY rough on my feet with all the supplies. My feet still hurt. Also she didn’t cut my big toe nails evenly. The whole process seemed very fast.
I’m giving it three stars because of the cleanliness. Nail salons should never fall short with their upkeep and they’ve done a nice job.

I am now on 3 weeks of my gel manicure from Simply Polished and it still looks perfect. The owner Katie, and her employees are wonderful and very talented. I work in this industry so I can not help but notice ever detail. And let me say how clean, sanitary, and wonderful this place is. I will definitely be going back!
