My husband and I really appreciated working with Rick and his team. Rick was incredibly timely in responding to all of our requests. During our mortgage approval process his team was always quick to answer our questions. We particularly liked the online system used for gathering our various application materials, which made the process easier for us. Both Rick and his team members were very easy to get a hold of, which made obtaining our mortgage one less thing to worry about during the home buying process. We highly recommend Rick and his team!

Worked with MSA mortgage as a first time home buyer in 2016. Rick and his team (Liz & Pamela) helped us through out the mortgage process, As a first time home buyers we had lot of questions and MSA Team was patient and answered all our questions promptly. I have complete clarity through the process and always had lines of communication open. They were really quick with all the documentation request and got my loan approved very quickly. I was able to get from application to lender commitment letter in less than 2 weeks. I would highly recommend MSA mortgage to anybody looking to buy or refinance there home. Rick rose to the challenge of securing financing for a client who was about to lose out on the purchase of her first home when «Big Bank» dropped the ball on the day my client ‘s mortgage contingency was due to expire. He immediately gathered all the documentation; within two weeks the financing was in place and my client is now a home owner! I can’t describe how easy he made a stressful situation … He kept us completely informed at every step of the transaction and saved a purchase that was on the verge of failing. I never saw a loan processed and completed so quickly… I cannot compliment and recommend Rick highly enough !

I’ve used Rick twice to obtain financing for a new home purchase. I recommend him wholeheartedly to anyone needing a new mortgage for multiple reasons. First, he helps to understand your entire financial picture and recommend the best product for your individual situation. Also, his fees are most reasonable and his business model where he has partnered with an excellent real estate attorney (Ali Alavi) who discounts his fee leads to lower final closing costs for the consumer. Finally and most importantly, he and his office are efficient and very responsive and will find ways to meet your timeline demands.
