Lapels Dry Cleaning

Anoosh is great to work with. I’ve been going there for a month now and he knows my name. He is alway good for light conversation and we haven’t had any issues.

Okay, Unilocal,this is the 3^rd time I’ve tried to leave this review SO PLEASE DON’T DELETE IT!!!
I’m trying to reward good service here! I don’t usually write reviews unless service is either stellar or someone really angered me. This, fortunately, is one of those former times.
I’ve been to this place two or three times over the years. The first time it was just for suit tailoring, nothing difficult. The suit came out great and I was very happy with it.
The second time was after that same suit got horribly stained. I thought for sure I would have to replace it… I’ll be damned if it didn’t come back looking brand new.
The third time, I brought my wife in. I had purchased her an expensive maxi dress that didn’t quite fit her correctly. The gentleman behind the counter had her change into it and then began to clip areas until it hugged her figure just right. He took the time and answered all of her questions and then went so far as to reassure her that they could do anything they wanted her to do with the dress. Upon our return to pick it up after being tailored, it looked perfect on her. High marks for this experience.
The last time, I brought a pair of pants in to be tailored. Well due to mitigating circumstances, I completely forgot about them. They must have been hanging there for about 2 months when I went in next to drop off some more clothing. To my surprise, he had those pants waiting there with the others when I came to pick them up. No extra storage charge or anything like that. I just paid for the dry cleaning.
This is how businesses should work! My single regret is that we live far enough away now that I can’t frequent this place as much as I’d like, but I’ll still make the trek for tailoring service. I’m not bringing an expensive suit to just anyone.

I brought some drapes in to be cleaned. They came out great and there was a quick turnaround. The owner is always there running things and he runs a very organized store. He was very helpful and even carried the freshly cleaned (and heavy) drapes to the car to load. I would recommend Lapels.

Unfortunately there are no negative stars. They do a very nice job with the cleaning, but I strongly suggest — and by strongly suggest I mean unless you want to pay a random higher amount then the amount actually owed I would keep your copy of the receipt and check it when they ring up your tab. When the discrepancy was brought to their attention they didn’t even apologize. Enough said.

Very nice man behind the counter and everything is done just right. Not expensive considering they’re green.
