I tried Franklin Caterers due to Unilocal reviews and from word of mouth from a friend of a friend. I put together a large (150 – 200 people) holiday party at work every year, and this year was the best because of Franklin Caterers.
The staff was punctual, kind, smiley, helpful, and just all around great.
The food was delicious and we had more than enough, especially on the dessert end (which always has fallen short with other caterers in the past). The caterers were kind enough to offer to wrap plates to go for anyone/​everyone who wanted, which was just a really great extra detail that helped so much. So many guest complimented the food and asked where it came from, ALWAYS a good sign.
Email and phone correspondence were always fast and detailed throughout the planning process. I originally was over budget and Joan was super helpful in re-​drafting the menu. I look forward to working with Franklin Caterers for future events.

I have used Franklin Caterers on several occasions. They are reliable and reasonably priced. Their food is also absolutely delicious! If they still ran a restaurant, I’d go everyday for lunch. Now, I have to keep throwing parties to keep eating their food – totally worth it!
Mike, Joan, Jeremy, and the entire staff are a pleasure to work with. They are friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and easy to work with.
I highly recommend them to cater your next meeting, party, corporate event, or whatever your doing that you want to add food to!

First of all, if you loved the old Caraway’s on Route 20 in Wayland, and you wondered what happened to those people, this is them, although now it is purely a catering operation. I’ve used Frankling Catering twice now – first to buy things to serve at a Passover seder (their gefilte fish is legendary) and again this past Saturday to serve at a Chardonnay wine dinner.
Both times, their food was plentiful and delicious, getting rave reviews from all who attended. We had their seafood casserole at the wine dinner… it was chock full of superbly prepared seafood. We complemented that with grilled mixed vegetables and Israeli couscous, and it was all perfect.

I have been using Franklin Caterers for my company’s holiday meals the past two years (this year will be three). To be honest… nothing but rave reviews on the food! Our meals have been mixed from Breakfast to Bag and Hot Lunch offerings. The deliveries always happen quickly and in the best manner possible. In 2007 they were able to increase our order and deliver to another branch just as fast. Joanie and Mike have been godsends, every holiday order I place they give me other options that may appeal to the masses.
Great company! Great offerings! If you need good food and great service for a company gathering call the folks at Franklin Caterers.

You will not regret hiring Joan and Michael. Joan is a sweetheart and is eager to work with you to customize your menu for your budgetary needs.
My non-​traditional, cruise themed wedding reception for 155 guests was my first event with Franklin Caterers and I could not have asked for better.
