Chef Louie’s is what it is. It’s work place cafeteria food. The prices keep going up but the food doesn’t get any better. If you want to eat healthy you it’s going to be pricey. Chef Louie’s does however have some hidden gems. The under $ 3 with a side duo is phenomenal. Grilled cheese with fries or meat ball sub are steals. Very filling and just what you need. Go just under $ 4 and you can get a chicken bomb with a side. Having said all this there is one thing the chef does that far exceeds expectations. Chicken Parm. Chef Louie’s has a delicious chicken parm and it is available every day. When you’re having a tough day in the office chef Louis is always there for you. But it gets better. They have chicken parm subs every day! On top of that they will do the special chicken parm pizza or chicken parm stromboli. Every once in a while they have chicken parm dinner as a special and you get it with garlic bread and a side salad. To redeem all other short comings, chef Louie’s chicken parm is A+.
