I’ve been a SprintPCS customer since 2003. Found out that company owned Sprint stores can NOT do price matching and found a very good deal on a phone we wanted on Amazon, so we went to the Patriot Place store(owned by Nexgen Wireless). They were happy to match prices on the phone. The«bait and switch» tactic however was NOT appreciated! They asked us if we wanted insurance($ 8/month per phone) and we DECLINED. Clerk said fine finished up the transaction and since you do NOT get a copy of your real contract(only receipt for what you paid for), you don’t find out for a month or more later that he DID put insurance on BOTH phones. I have no use for dishonesty, but also have no way to prove what we did request as it was all verbal. BEVERYCAUTIOUSDEALINGWITHTHISSTORE! [Suggestion, demand a copy of the actual contract before leaving the store or paying for anything.]
