«The food is great!» SAID NO ONE EVER!
I can’t find enough wretched things to say about the food here.
Bad food is more than crappily prepared sustenance. It’s an insult to your patrons… it screams «hey thanks for your money. eat some shit!».
Did I expect greatness? For the price and the menu… yes!
First and foremost, go look up FILET MIGNON! I am not sure what cut of steak was on my plate, but it wasn’t a filet. Did you honestly think people wouldn’t notice? Fuck you!
When you have a banquet hall full of hungry patrons and they’ve barely touched their food. You know you have a problem.
I was so mad. I wanted to go back to your kitchen and torture the bastard who prepared my food by making them eat every single morsel.
I would rather have bloody diarrhea than eat here again. I would rather go to the dentist for a root canal than eat here again. I would rather endure a night of Justin Bieber than put another bite of this crap in my mouth. NEGATIVE GOOGOL STARS!
FIRE YOUR ENTIRE KITCHEN STAFF! Berate them! Smack them around a bit and then find some people who can cook (especially for a large group of people).

I came here in both 2013 and 2014. First time: yes, I chose to try out this convenient (to me), Function Facility for Easter.
Now I won’t ever return… after my AMAZING experience at Raffael’s on Route 1A in Walpole.
This place is annoying for reasons that:
A.: Wasn’t too much food, and what there was was picked over, and mostly gross
B.: Chocolate fountain cost $ 5! I’m already paying $ 28.95!!! I don’t need to be spending any more of my hard earned money.
C.: As I said before… $ 28.95 for one person! That isn’t too bad, but if I’m paying that much I expect «Raffael’s type of service», and not diddle-​squat.
Overall, don’t ever bother. Go to Raffael’s, which is only 15 – 20 minutes from here to get a better function, or holiday brunch.

We went here for Easter Brunch and the food was horrible! The pancakes were hard like hockey pucks, the bacon was undercooked, the pasta marinara was overcooked and mushy and the mac and cheese had no flavor at all. The worst part is 3 out of 5 of our group got sick with food poisoning and we contacted the company and yet they turned a blind eye. We plan on following up with the Atty General as well as the Board of Health. Any reputable company would have done something to rectify the situation.

The food was absolutely disgusting. A room full of 300 hungry people (still no dinner served at 9:45) took a few bites of their meals and left them. It was inedible. What was supposed to be be fillet mignon was some fatty cut of beef. Baked shrimp was covered in heavy congealed white sauce. Full entrée plates were left barely touched by the majority of guests. Salad was wilted and greasy. Pasta was greasy. Entire tables weren’t being served together, one or two guests would be served the meal 20 minutes after the rest of the table. Even the coffee, if you could flag down someone to give you some, was bad. Oh and upon entering, the smell of urine was so awful coming from the men’s room that you could smell it in the foyer entryway. I was embarrassed for the organizers who worked so hard to make this event I was attending a success and outraged that I paid $ 100 for a ticket to said event. Oh and the service was totally disorganized. I will never return to nor recommend this place. It was disgraceful.

Really… all this is .is a smokescreen coverup posted by an employee of the venue. She «Asked» you to post her response because she didn’t have an account??? What a loads of BS! If she was so appalled at my review do you not think she would have written this herself??? Does she not have the ability to open her own account and reply on her own?. She has to have the venue reply to it for her… NOT! So transparent!!!
To this day our family still talks about what a terrible time we had on Easter. It was disgusting. All I did was give the world the view and experience that was there and If I could post pictures here I would. it is what it is… The Food was horrible… the atmosphere was boring and if you read what I initially wrote, yes I agree with you, Chrisina’s put you to shame! It was like night and day… and you were definitely dark… One thing I didn’t mention in my review was the old man in a filthy apron walking around the dining room. He was in a dirty unbuttoned shirt and he looked intoxicated. We thought the dishwasher was out picking up the trash littered all over the tables! I later find out it was the owner of the place!!! OMG r u kidding me?
«Bugsy»…was just a FAT dude in an easter bunny outfit! It was embarassing! The last thing you should have done was try to BS people with your response… ever heard the saying «Let sleeping Dogs Lie»…Do us all a favor just fix your problems before you open up the Green Valley Steak house… because if it’s as disgusting as the banquet side of things… all it will be is a tax writeoff. Terrible, Terrible food!!!
PS. If you’d like me to have others post their experiences from that day, just let me know. And next time you try to cover you ass with a BS comeback 5 months later, as least don’t make it so obvious!!!
