I work down the street and I come here for lunch whenever I’m feeling like taking a walk. The best thing on the menu is the bulgogi sandwich(marinated beef). The ladies that own the place are Korean and they KNOW how to make bulgogi, it’s in their DNA. The bread is itself is delicious, freshly baked and super soft. It’s great. The sandwich itself is about 8 inches, roughly the same size as a Quizno’s sandwich, except this is wayyy better.

This place has really delicious and fresh tasting subs: D I liked how big their cheese burger were. And their french fries are pretty tasty. I also had the teriyaki chicken bowl. its pretty taste but of course no where can compare to yoshinoya. this place has pretty good food, but its in the middle of no where!

Food was good-service was better though. I came in about 30 minutes after closing and was greeted with a smile and was served graciously. love that. PS cleanliness isn’t an issue-plenty clean for a deli

Not impressed. I could look past the not-so-clean interior and the bizarre fact that a sandwich place’s daily special was«chow mein». But their italian sandwich is not good. So bad, in fact, that I got a half of a sandwich, I am starving, and I will not eat the other half. Take that True Vine! How ’bout putting something in the sandwich like onions or italian dressing? What’s up with the crappy iceberg and the huge sliced tomato? The bread you raved out… it is soft… but after a few bites it starts to taste weird, like it come from a powder or something? I won’t be coming back.

Confession: I’ve lived down the street from this place(and it’s predecessor) for 12 years. I’ve decried the lack of «hole-in-the-wall» great places to eat in Fountain Valley(unlike, say San Francisco). Well, both issues have been resolved. And happily so. Pastrami? Delicious. Not enough but plenty for lunch. Turkey, Bacon, Avocado? Perfect. Both were served on rolls that were baked fresh that day and it shows. I will be going back many, many times to try everything on the menu!

This is inconspicuously located in the warehouse part of Fountain Valley on Mt Langley and Ellis and would be easy to miss unless you were looking for it. I have been working in the area for at least two years and come here at least twice a week. Fast, cheap and good. What more can you want from a sandwich shop? They do your standard sandwiches fare, but also have chicken bowls and burgers. They also make something that I have eaten before, but never in a sandwich — Korean Bulgogi. It’s pretty great. What brings me back time and time again is the two lovely Korean ladies who own the restaurant and the bread. Oh my — softest bread on a sandwich I have ever eaten! Just melts in your mouth — like biting down on two fluffy white clouds.
