yuck! do not order the chicken parm if u care about texture or flavor. it’s on the hot subs side where it says fresh grilled subs. not this treasure it’s microwaved and the breeding around the chicken is mushy. so bad why is it on the permanent menu as #18 hard to believe they have enough subs to have random numbers up and there isn’t a ton of sandwiches that could beat this the bread was not even toasted. hey thanks but no thanks. do urself a favor and do not make the mistake I made by trying this one out. yuck! I do have to say the girl that was my sandwich artist and the girl that rung me up were both very nice and courteous.

Dan and Mike are the best!!! Their customer service is top notch. Thank you Jersey Mikes for making my daughter’s baby shower complete, with your yummy sandwiches. My life was easier that day with your delivery. You knew what sandwiches would be more popular with the ladies, and you were right. All the sandwiches were eaten, no left overs. Next party, your there! the Beck Family

This is my new Jersey Mike’s! Girlfriend and I just went in and the two employees working were super nice and friendly. Our subs are great and we will definitely be coming back! Wish I could remember the name of the guy and girl working. they were there at 11:45 on Saturday the 24th. Great job guys!

Lady here is RUDE. Asked«what’s on the sandwich?» Answer was«Look.» As she point to the menu. Got my sandwich after standing at the counter with no prompt or «hey wait for us to make it as sloppy as possible.» 5 min later after having to want to walk out I get it and wa-lah. What a piece of shi*. I’ve been to a few jersey mikes but this place really is the worst of em. Sorry.

I quite often judge an establishment by the quality of their pickles and Jersey Mike’s gets an A. My son and I shared a giant Club Supreme. It was delicious and more than enough for two — three people. Meats and cheese sliced per order. Bread was good and produce fresh.

Been going here for years, great service, food, etc. Until today they stopped accepting coupons from the Fountain Valley flyers. Not a good idea, I don’t think I’ll be returning.

Home of the 10.00 lettuce and bread sandwich. You can get more meat digging in the backyard. Complete rip off.

With the exception of Calston, who provided great service and really good food, the rest of the employees, do not know what good service means. The Philly Cheesesteak’s cheese was not melted. The employee that was on the clock(the third was on lunch), did not give the exceptional customer service that is expected with Jersey Mike’s employees(it wasn’t even good service!!!) The music doesn’t fit the store. Calston(reason for the two stars) on my last visit, as well as this visit, was trying hard and succeeding. The other ones, I can’t say the same for them.

So since the guy in my below review(dirty bird) is gone I’ll give them the stars they deserve! Good sandwiches… I like the point program, we get free sandwiches often, and I love the days where 100% of their sales for the day go to charity’s! Good company paying it forward…

Never been to a Jersey Mikes before, but heard decent things so the wife and I figured we would give it a shot. Well, we walked in and the first thing we both noticed was the Deli counter. After browsing their very limited selection of meats we immediately noticed that the ham and turkey were the cheap over processed type. We both looked at each other in dismay and decided on chicken wraps. She got a veggie wrap and added chicken, I got a chicken Cease wrap. Both were so waterlogged with whatever dressing they put on them they were literally just dripping water and sauce/dressing, it was disguating. I could literally wring them both out like a sponge. I guess if you like soggy sandwiches and wraps made with over processed and formed logs of «meat» this is the place for you. way over priced for what you get!!! I would have rather eaten an Oscar Meyer hot dog than the meat they were trying to pass off as ham and turkey. Long live boars head!

Not good at all — overdressed sandwiches — my buffalo wrap was nothing but blue cheese dressing I couldn’t taste anything else in it ;((my husband didn’t like his pastrami either, it was also smothered in way too much sauce… Kids ate their turkey in white, but I had to wipe the mayo off the bread before letting them eat it… Service could have been better as well — slow and not very courteous. ;(1 star only for using fresh sliced deli.

I have to confess that that I am not agreeing with all the hype over this place yet. I am still trying to figure out what makes Jersey Mike’s SPECIAL!!! I have only tried the tuna and the #9 so far. Both were very edible but nothing out of the ordinary and I have to practically beg them to go light on their oil and vinegar mix because they really like to DRENCH their subs in this stuff. Note to anyone out there that is not starving, the MINI is enough food for one! This place does not look to have any special quality meats or cheeses, they don’t bake their breads in house, or toast their subs, so what is it about this place that makes people hype it so much? Is there a certain sub I absolutly have to try that will change my mind altogether?!? Because I am just not impressed at all with this place!

I’ve been meaning to write a review about this place for a while now. This is about my 5th time coming in here to eat, not my choice, I’d rather go to ToGo’s, but my kids and husband like the sandwiches here. Every time I’ve been here my experience has been the same, no customer service(girl with purple hair, super rude, always), way over priced, and the food prep area is never clean! They always put WAYTOOMUCH mayo/mustard and WAYTOOMUCH oil and vinegar, even if you tell them to only put a little bit. This ruins the bread making it soggy and the sandwich messy! Unfortunately I will probably be back, not by choice, but because it’s where my family wants to eat. I would much rather eat at ToGo’s, they’re nicer, cleaner, and better priced! So that’s where I will always push my vote! And you know what they say, if mama ain’t happy ain’t no one happy.

So today was my first time eating at Jersey Mikes Subs and I’d have to say it’s the same as subway. I ordered a regular Italian on wheat and it was $ 9 bucks. Everything started looking good when they were slicing the meat like a deli but once it got down to the toppings it all went wrong. I said I wanted everything and they gave me everything which wasn’t a problem. They went crazy with the oil and vinegar, spices and mayo. My sub was good but the bun was soaked and it was nasty. I gave half my sandwich to my dog. Of course my dog had no complaints. Over all id say I’ll stick with subway.

meh. Overpriced except for their«specials». Went here after a class at OC memorial and split a giant sub with a friend. It was good but felt if I went here by myself and was forced to pay full price for a 6 inch sub, I would feel a little taken advantage of. food was good but shit was expensive. Wouldn’t go back unless I had someone to split with.

Subway, Togo’s, and Quizno’s just got SCHOOLED!!! The first Jersey Mike’s I’ve spotted was in La Jolla. Since then I’m seeing these places pop up very slowly. I now work around the area and my boss mentioned Jersey Mike’s at Brookhurst… My eyes just lit up! and this will satisfy my curiosity. I came here and ordered their«American Classic» sandwich which contains Ham and provolone on a size mini bread. I’ll tell you what? to me the mini you get is much more than a 6 inch sub! I ordered my bread in wheat, and yup, that bread is fluffy! with toppings of everything they can offer(salt and vinegar, please!). I was impressed with this sandwich! You choose the meat and cheese, they will have them sliced for you like Splinter from Ninja Turtles. The meat core of the sandwich followed by the veggie toppings, to the bottom yeast crust of the bread makes it a delicious combination. To me I“ll like to call Jersey Mike’s the purest freshly made sandwich of chained sandwiches. Its not better than nor its in the same category of New York Deli Sandwiches but its really the wild card out of the competition. Pricey for a Mini size sandwich that cost $ 6 bucks but well worth a try.

OK so I usually come here when I visit Orange Coast Memorial across the street — Tip: get a free cookie if it’s your 1st time! NO check in needed — They call it free cookie for the rookie lol Manager’s Special is the way to go! $ 14.99 plus tax gets you the gigantic Philly which is plenty for two people 2 bags of chips and 2 fountain drinks! The service is not too bad– all guys working here were cool but Only one greeted us after like 2 min… The bread is fluffy and fresh and the meat is thin and yummy They do not have a condiments bar which sucks cuz every time you need something you have to get up and ask the guy for it and if people are ordering then you have to wait … all n all I would go back and it is def better than togos or subway — Since 1957! taste is great! Needs improvement on service… seems like most of them are in their own world —
