Worst front staff I’ve ever encounter… I hope the MD would train staff on professional conduct. Lack of common courtesy make a very bad reflection upon the practice, especially given they are the first line of communication to the office.

This doctor is superb! Have you ever gone to a doctor’s office ANY doctor and felt like they prescribe anything to you and get out before you had a chance to even ask a question and fully comprehend what he/​she is even saying? Dr. Nguyen is very thoroughly and precise when it comes to his patient. I was there about 1 hour for my consultation, he told me my previous optometrist did not correctly, correct my astigmatism, I was squinting and my RX has gone up. He took his time to make sure I can see correctly, by switching the lens back and forth (I was probably annoying but HEY, I had to make sure!). I will have a check up in a year. I will definitely recommend him he is extremely professional and knowledgeable, and patient. I would recommend calling ahead to make appointment due to the fact he takes time with each of his patient.

Call to get an appointment, walk in sucks because he takes his time with patients. The front office staff is okay. She talks loudly but I understand. She’s Vietnamese, so it makes sense. Or it could be that their office see alot of old people and she needs to speak louder in general for them to hear. I’ll go with the former on this one. Also, sometimes she can sound rude when speaking to you, but being there for awhile, you realize its probably from dealing with a lot of old people.
The tech does some stuff and pre-​testing but the major portion is done by the doctor. The doctor is nice. Explains a lot, covering all the bases during his explanation.
Their equipment look new. Their office looks nice and clean. He has a wall full of accommodations that I do not bother looking at.

Dr. Nguyen is a great eye doctor! The office seems to be equipped with the latest technology and he seems very knowledgable. His office staff is polite and helpful.
I have referred several people here and they have all had the wonderful experience I’ve had.
