Gave them another chance and after a few visits everything is going great. Open during posted hours and clothes are ready promptly. Spoke to them about my previous issues with their hours and they explained to me the reasoning behind it. I understand that life happens so as long as it doesn’t happen everyday =) I can accept it. Absolutely recommend them again.

This organization is very professional, I always feel like a customer whose business is important to them. My clothes are always available on the scheduled day as promised. I have also used them to alter my clothes with great results. Since I work close by I always recommend them to my coworkers when they ask about a «good» dry cleaner.

Your clothes will last forever if you take them to Joy’s. The best dry cleaner/​launder I have found. Great service. You will not be disappointd. Great prices as well. I have to pass a million cleaners… just to get to Joy’s.

This is a new business & so far we’ve had very good results from them. I like the fact that they don’t try to oversell you. I took my husband’s shirt in to be cleaned & she talked me out of dry cleaning it & into the less expensive normal laundry service. We’ve taken suites & formal dresses here & had great results each time.
