Rip off artist. They got their $ 70 service fee, then they go for entrapment. $ 693 for a universal fan motor that cost less then $ 200. Glad I didn’t go through with it. Did it through another company for $ 450.

I highly recommend Red Mountain Air Conditioning. They are professional and reliable. I was so glad that I took Terry’s advice and installed a safety switch in my attic. Last summer it did it’s job when the water collection pan filled and it saved my home from a potential mess of water damage to ceiling and sheetrock! I have interacted with several technicians and all have gone out of their way to explain things to me. They don’t try to sell you anything that you don’t really need. I appreciate that they are not paid on commission. Give them a call!

Woke up to a 90 degree house, the air conditioning had stopped working through the night. Red Mountain set an appointment right when I called. The other company I contacted had to call me back with a time. When the service tech arrived he took no time in diagnosing the problem, telling me the exact cost and it was up and running in no time. He was polite and checked the whole unit over for me. I would recommend this company to anyone. I was very pleased.
UPDATE: Repair didn’t even last 90 days and they would not come back out unless I paid another service call fee.
