After renting a short term lease vacation rental for one month and was advised by the rental manager that the cleaning fee deposit would be refundable if was cleaned when vacated. I spent hours cleaning the condo to a point which was actually cleaner than when I moved in. I was told it was because the sheets were dirty, however, I never used them and stored them in the closet during my stay. I actually washed them and put them back on the bed as well. If I knew their intention was to keep the cleaning deposits, I would have not spent 5 hours cleaning! Beware!!!
