The quickest passport photos I’ve ever taken. It was probably faster than my drive over from Costco. After multiple pictures were taken, you get to pick the best one. They all looked like mug shots, so I picked the one that I looked happiest in. Ha! Thanks for the quick service! Would definitely come back for all our photo needs.

I love this place. My friend suggested it. The gentlemen who works there is extremely polite and more than helpful. I bring my film for him to transfer to a cd and he always pics his favorite picture to go on the cover. He also gives me pointers about exposure and lighting. I really like this place, it’s kinda cool lol

Took passport photos of my four year-​old daughter. We were in and out of there in five minutes. We picked the photo we liked and was ensured it met the requirements (which it did). Service was friendly, prompt, inexpensive, and professional. Recommended.

It’s a tiny place with one man working, but this is the best place to get passport photos. Why? Unlike Walgreens in San Carlos where a laughing worker took the worst photos of me possible (true –I used the ‘how old’ website afterwards and it had me 10 years older than fact) for $ 13 and ignored my protests that I looked horrible in the photos. She just laughed some more, Express Photo takes multiple photos of you and you can choose which one. Come back 10 minutes later and you have your photos, for only $ 10. Sweet! Highly recommend.

This is the best place to have photos taken to meet the specific requirements for Canadian Passport requirements. I’ve used them for every renewal and he knows what he’s doing.
In and out in less than 10 mins, less than $ 20 for two. Worth the drive from the city.

Came here to get my passport picture and it was a speedy and great experience! They were really fast and took a few shots so I was able to pick one I liked (although they all looked the same). In my first set, my bangs were a little too much in my face so she suggested that we take another so my eyes weren’t covered at all. She was very patient and kind.
Then, printout of the picture was done in like 1 minute. She cut them up and then I was ready to go! Love my picture!

Came here for the first time to take some passport photos today and had a very pleasant experience. Paul the owner is very friendly and professional.
I went in and out within 10 short minutes. He’ll take several shots, upload them so you can view and pick on a larger screen, edit out small blemishes on your face and print. Even gave me a few pointers on how to expedite my passport renewal when I asked.
Paid less than 10 bucks plus if you check in on Unilocal it is 10% off. I felt like I was treated like a friend and not just a customer. You won’t find any problems with parking.

Quick and reasonable passport photos! This place is great. Many years ago, I went to the Post office to have my passport photo taken-​quite like the DMV, there’s a long line and it’s a one click and go kinda place-​resulting in one horrible Passport photo.
At Express Photo, the owner took multiple shots for me and let me select my headshot on his computer. He slightly enhanced the image coloring, and within less than 5 minutes the whole process was done. They actually charge less than the post office too!
Great spot for passport photos!

It’s really nice to have a local place that develops film.
The owner, Paul, is very nice. He’s pretty laid back.
His prices for developing film is not out of line with what other businesses charge. He’s probably on the cheaper side, and does a great job. He can usually get the job done same day if you drop it off early enough, or the following day.
And as the other reviews suggest, his passport photos prices are very reasonable. He knows what he’s doing too. (Passport photo tip: don’t get them done at –any– UPS Store… just don’t…).
This place is tucked away inside Foster City, but it’s totally worth checking it out.
Any local photographers should give this guy a shot.

When our daughter wanted photos to send out with her college graduation announcements, we went to One Hour Photo to have impromptu pictures taken.
Paul not only took the photos inside with each of us separately, but also together. He then suggested we go over to the waters edge and take a few more. Our daughter also changed outfits, since she wanted a «formal/​businesslike» picture, as well as a more casual one.
When the picture taking was done, he printed out the ones we liked the best. One of the photos with my daughter is now on my Facebook page. In addition, Paul gave us the disc with all of the images for future use.
Since then I have had Cam Recorder tapes put on CD Disc and converted some European DHL movies to discs. The prices were quite reasonable compared to other places.
Highly recommend the shop for whatever photo needs you have.

Yes, they do Canadian passport photos, in the proper size, which is different from US passport photos. I really like that this guy knows what he’s doing. The service was fast – he took the pictures with his digital camera, we looked at them on the computer, redid them w/​o glasses, and then chose the one to use. Then he printed and cut them to the right size, and put the necessary stamp and written date on the back. It was about $ 16 for 2 Canadian passport photos.

Just came in here today to get my passport photos done. It was $ 8.99 to get two of those little pictures and I got 10% off with my Unilocal check-​in. Woohoo! Not the nicest looking photo store I’ve seen, but I’m digging the no-​frills atmosphere. You get in, get your photo taken immediately, shop at Lucky’s for 10 minutes, come back and wha-​la! Your photos are ready. I’ll definitely be back to support this little local shop!
