Takes to long whether you call it in or order when your there. And it doesn’t help if the people out seemingly goofy off and joking around and they get your order wrong and it takes another 20 minutes. The family enjoys the wings so we let the low man on the totem pole go pick them up!!!

I’ve been getting wings here about once per month for the past year or so. Always great wings and never a long wait. Even on big football game days they have had my order ready in 25 minutes or less. Just speaking for myself but I have not had the same experience as some reviewers. NCAA football championship game 17 mins done. Today the AFC and NFC championship game, they said 17 mins and it was ready in 25. They were very busy as expected. Highly recommended

I placed an order of Saturday to pick up at 12:00PM on Sunday. When we arrived to pick up the order it was not ready. The man at the register said it would be 10 minutes. Well 30 minutes later we had just received our order. No one seemed to care about this at all. My wife asked if they would compensate us for the great delay. NOTHING but a terse«sorry». Poor customer service, never going back. NOTETOWINGSTOP you are not the only company selling wings. I will vote with my wallet.

Ordered wings online and got an estimated wait time of 25min. After getting there I had to wait an hour! The guys were goofing around and talking to their buddies who came in instead of taking care of business. After approaching then about the status of my order, the guy checked on my order but wasn’t bagged. All because he was too busy laughing and cutting up with one of his friends on the other side of the counter. Terrible experience here and it’s not my first one like this. Obviously poor management.

First let me say that we usually really love the wings at Wing Stop ate them regularly, however since we have moved this seems to be the only location near us. This negative review isn’t due to ONE horrible experience, no but after THREE terrible experience I felt like I had to warn my fellow Unilocalers. This last visit was the last straw … we called our order in ahead of time and when husband walked in not too busy maybe 2 others waiting no biggie. So he gets order pays leaves good thing he checked bag before pulling out. only ONE box we were one box short also didn’t get fries or other extras we had ordered(but already paid for). clerk too bag to back looked at wings .OK then proceeded to add other boxes etc. ok all GOOD or so we thought. cut to 20 minutes later husband STARVING ready to watch so football open bag… NOTOURORDER! Nope none of it! Now wives I don’t know about you BUT when he sits down ready for wings he wants wings what he DOESN’T want is to call wing stop and have some I could give a scrap attitude tell you«well you can bring them back, we make you new» you could actually see the steam screaming out of my husband’s ears like in the cartoons lol .So what did we do. let’s just say we ended up getting a refund(yes the wings were returned). When we mentioned we would never return, their response… SO

They seem to have increased the size of their wings over the years, but you do get the smaller ones from time to time. This location is hit and miss. Sometime they get your order right and other times they don’t. But I am the one to blame for not checking my order before I leave. It’s wingstop not some high end restaurant. I haven’t been to any wingstop over the years that hasn’t messed up an order once in awhile. Its par for the course. If you write a review based on your order not being right, take the extra time to look over your order before you leave.

Horrible service… and I love Wing Stop… I went to this location and picked up some food… Spent about $ 45 bucks but hey its Wingstop… Got home had the wrong wings… Called up there guy on the phone said that some of the orders had got mixed up and they still had mine in the kitchen and to come back up there and they would give me the correct wings… I drove all the way up there which is about a 15 minute drive each way… Walk in and the guy at the counter looks at me and says«Where is the other wings?» Really… I sd at home… He sd well I dont know how you expect to get your correct order if you didnt bring the incorrect wings back…” I sd …“Seriously, you all messed my order up and its not like the wings can be sold once they leave here… and you also told me that you have my correct wings sitting there because you all messed up…” I told him dont worry about it. I will never come back here again. You can keep them and that I will contact your corporate office. Which I did… not sure if those guys still work there cause I was serious about never going back and I did speak to corporate and was told that they will be having a talk with the owner… In all this Wing Stop Sucks! I should’ve known when I went in there seeing dirty tables and floors and about 7 people in the back standing around that it was going to be some mess!

Great boneless wings, good veggie sticks, friendly staff behind counter. Seemed overpriced considering it was 60cent wing day, plus having to pay for ranch dressing AND veggies, give me a break that’s nuts. Was over $ 10 for lunch with a tea and there is not even wait service, so I’m not sure I’d be back anytime soon. Buffalo Wild Wings is almost equal quality, much better service and better prices.

Friendly service and great wings. Staff was friendly and asked if I wanted channel changed while waiting on my wings. Food came out good as I expected and I even found 5 extra wings. Winning!
