I don’t even want to give them a star. The staff is rude. It says they are open from 2pm-2am all week which is a complete lie we tried calling their phone starting at 2pm up until 10 because they never answered so we never knew when they were open. When we called around 10pm they still did not answer so we went to the actual location to find all the bartenders and bouncers sitting around the bar doing nothing. When we tried to just ask them questions like when they opened what their actual hours and if we could check if there was a lost a phone or ID there. They just cracked the door open and never gave us an answer. They are very unhelpful, rude and disrespectful. The only reason they get business is because it is close t a college campus. The Bottom in fort worth has a much nicer staff and are always respectful, professional and friendly. Same goes for Aardvark and The Cellar to name a few good bars in that area.

It sucks, because this place has such potential. My wife found a groupon for this place and wanted to check it out, so we went on Friday night; there were two other people. First we tried to order beer, I was told the first two I saw on tap and ordered were out, and they weren’t going to change out the kegs just yet. At least the St. Arnold’s was cheap, though we were served in the smallest, flimsiest plastic cups that they had, which wouldn’t have been so bad if I wasn’t staring at actual glasses behind the bar. The menu is filled with unique, delicious sounding dishes, which we were then told they don’t serve anymore. Of the 1⁄3 of the menu they still serve, one unique thing remained, a sandwhich of some kind, we ordered it, and were told that they didn’t have the necessary stuff to make it. The cook then weirdly came out and asked if we were using the groupon deal, which was off-putting. So our choices were plain burger or wings. We got the burgers, they were okay. I was going to give them one star, but I realize that that is the disappointment of being denied multiple times. While the one bartender spent some time on her phone, she didn’t have shit else to do, and was attentive to us(aside from not telling us what wasn’t available up front), so I’m not going to dis her service. The place also looked good, though none of the TVs were on, and was clean, and the drinks that they did have were cheap. It’s kind of a chicken and egg thing, I can’t tell if no one goes here because it’s lame, or if it’s lame because no one goes here and it’s in its death throws. I’d actually go back if I was in the area and wanted a quiet night with cheap drinks(whichever they happen to have), but I’d likely be told they were out of everything when I got there.

went here just after 5 on Friday. The place was completely empty and the bartender couldn’t even bother to greet us. I had to greet him and even then he just nodded. After ordering drinks all he did was sit on a stool in the corner and play on his phone, he was completely rude and inattentive. The menus were written in chalk on the wall and clearly had not been rewritten since it changed from XII as they were smeared and illegible. He also said that he could not make us any food as they were not prepared. On the bright side, the drinks were completely cheap so its too bad that it was so awkward in there.
