Loved this place. Wait staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and able to make suggestions and recommendations. The food was fresh, expertly prepared, and pricing was incredibly reasonable. I’ll be back!

What a disappointment… I LOVED the Sushi Axiom in Dallas. But this place leaves something to be desired. The bar service is terrible. They ignore you and service takes forever. The fried rice is amazing but I will be ordering to go from now on.

The beef takaki is a must try! It’s a thinly sliced medium done beef served with daikon, topped with Siracha, ponzu sauce and sprinkled with cilantro.

Sushi Axiom has good sushi that is always fresh and fun options for their specialty rolls. I also like their martini menu, perfect for a dinner with girlfriends! The service is friendly and quick. I am giving it 4 stars(more like a 3.5) because their non sushi menu items are always disappointing/not very good so my sushi-hating husband never wants to eat here.

Sushi was ok. Had the crab dynomite roll it was good service was good but the prices are really high and expected more for paying 15.00 for sushi…

It’s disguisting enought to realize the liquid soap dispenser in the ladies bathroom is empty, dried out and empty… meaning it was empty for a long time. The waitstaff also uses the same bathroom as the patrons… therefore the waistaff doesn’t wash their hands after using the toilet. It was qually as offensive to wait 20 minutes for a simple sushi order in a nearly empty Sunday night restaurant. When the bill was preseneted nothing was copmpted as it should have been. We asked if maybe a glass of wine might be considered and was told ‘we don’t do that here’. Guess what? We don’t tip or go back to restaurnat that have such little regard for sanitation practices or the consideration fo the patrons. We’ve been going to Sushi Axion for about 5 years regularly… but never again.

We ordered the(1) seaweed salad(2) crunchy chicken with mandarin sauce(3) crab dynamite roll(4) Cajun roll(5) signature eel roll(forgot the name)). (1) Seaweed salad — pretty good appetizer. Normal seaweed salad with sesame seeds. (2) Crunchy chicken with mandarin sauce — the mandarin sauce was a basic sweet and sour sauce. But the chicken was very nicely crisped. It also comes with a nice side of vegetables if you’re trying to be veggie conscious. (3) Crab dynamite roll — this was phenomenal. I’ve never had anything like it. It looks a little scary when it comes out, but that’s just because it’s packed with so much flavor. It’s a normal crab roll, but they’ve added baked crab with dressing on top. I was shocked by the warmness of it and it basically tastes like a dish rather than a roll, but I’d highly recommend it! (4) Cajun roll — this was the only non signature roll we ordered and it was disgusting. I literally spit half of it out. It wasn’t fresh at all and you could tell. I would stick with the signature rolls even though they are more expensive. (5) Signature Eel Roll — this was a pretty normal roll too. It had eel and avocado on top with shrimp tempura rolled inside. Basically a typical dragon roll. This one was a close one. I was torn between 3 or 4 stars, but I’ve never tasted anything like that crab dynamite roll so 4 stars it is!

This place never disappoints. Their rolls are a decent size. Not too small, and with the perfect fish to rice ratio. The fish is always fresh. I would definetely be back!

Sushi Axiom= 5.9 I hate being a downer but the calamari was some of the worst I’ve ever had. No jokes. The most popular roll, the Dynamite roll was Okie. Our server recommended the Pacific. Pretty good. The atmosphere and service was good. sooooo maybe a good date spot. … with such a bad review– I ate mostly everything besides the calamari.

Great location. Next to central market. Nice service. The specialty rolls were a good size for the price around $ 13 each. My husband likes to have his salmon rolls baked and they didn’t give us much of a problem. Also Had the scallop dynamite roll and a roll that was wrapped in English cucumber. I can’t remember the name of it. The cucumber roll was good and refreshing in the beginning, then the last couple of bites were hard to swallow. I guess a lot of cucumber got really tiring to taste. The scallop dynamite roll was good but after a few pieces, it got soggy real fast from all the sauce that was smothering it. I hope next time I can ask for less sauce. Over all we would frequent here again.

After craving sushi for weeks, I was excited to try Sushi Axiom. It has been recommended to me by quite a few people. Service/Décor — 7⁄10 The restaurant is very nice and upscale looking. I always like these kind of places, because I feel like the food will be better quality. The waiter was alright. I think he didn’t speak English very well. Food — 6⁄10 This is definitely one of the better sushi places that I’ve had in Fort Worth, but still not amazing. Items Ordered 1. Tower of Pisa — they were extremely nice. They let me replace the spicy tuna with fresh salmon. However, it was just alright. There wasn’t a lot of flavor, and the rice was very hard. The rice tasted like it was refrigerated over night. 2. Colonial Roll — This was a tempura fried roll with cream cheese. I’m not a fan of cream cheese, but my boyfriend liked it. There was definitely too much rice though. I just tasted a lot of rice, tempura batter, and cream cheese. 3. Shrimp tempura roll — This is always a must for me at all sushi places. It was pretty standard. Overall, this is definitely one of the better sushi places in Fort Worth, but I wasn’t amazed. The search for amazing sushi continues.

Tucked into a small strip off of Hulen street, Sushi Axiom serves up elegance and well-prepared varieties of Asian fare. I came here during lunch for a quick bite. The dining area is open with tables and booths, and the décor is modern with great flair. There’s a fantastic array of lunch specials to choose from, and asked for a suggestion by my waitress — «Bento Box.» For $ 11, it was the more expensive of the choices available, but certainly worth it in value! Started with a bowl of Miso Soup — probably the best I’ve ever had, and perfectly balanced with tofu, greens, and broth. Then… out came the masterpiece. The box was compartmentalized with an array of great sushi and sashimi alike. Each bite was utter perfection, and by the end of it all, was very content. Great service, great food, and great value. I will certainly be coming back here again soon!

Beautiful, upscale décor inside. Great date night spot. Came on a monday and there were no lunch specials. I’m not from here. Just moved to Texas so I’m not sure if not having lunch specials during the week at lunch is the norm around here. Got there about 11:30 am. Just about every Japanese restaurant I’ve been to from California to Missouri, there were lunch specials at lunch. Would have been a good option for my bf who’s never had Japanese food. No miso or any soup for starters. I’m used to that sitting at the sushi bar as well. Maybe it was because it was lunch time… We had ordered chicken pad thai, cajun roll, saba, smoked salmon nigiri and pacific roll. All was excellent. Perfect portion and priced reasonably. Our server was good. Sushi chef’s need to be a little more alert when someone’s sitting at the bar though ;) chit chatting with other servers seems rude because they’re not acknowledging customers at their bar. Once they got our order, it was served to us quickly. We’ll be back!

Food is always good and consistent. Atmosphere is nice, service is point on and dining here is always a peaceful and enjoyable experience. There are a number of Sushi restaurants in FW to choose from but Sushi Axiom hits it in all categories.

Got take-out last night. Nicely done specialty rolls, but maybe I’m just a sushi maki simpleton. The rolls were so packed with«stuff» and sauces, you really can’t taste the main stars which are supposed to be the eel, salmon, tuna, etc. the wasabi though was fresh, which to me is one of the hallmarks of a good sushi place. I think when I go back, I’m going to try a sampler of the traditional sashimi and maki sushi. Stand by for review #2 soon!
