First of all, I was not greeted by staff when I walked in the store. Do not expect staff to be knowledgable of the menu. I asked if they offered a smoothie that does not contain dairy products because I am extremely allergic to dairy. The two teenagers on the Saturday afternoon shift looked at each other like I was an alien from outer space. After contemplating and reading every single ingredient in the smoothies(which took several minutes) the girl behind the counter told me I had to pay in cash because the machines were not working, unfortunately I planned on using my debit card. It would had been nice if staff informed me the machines were not working prior to me wasting my time reading the every ingredient on the menu after a hard exhausting workout. I will not go back to this store again. Horrible customer service.

Like any other franchise the consistency isn’t always the same, but most of the time it’s good, I come here at least once a week, and if it’s not on the menu you can ask for something different, I’ve never had any problems with customer service, and if they ever made my drink wrong they didn’t hesitate to remake it.

Been here a ton of times and never had an issue. Drinks are fairly tasty, but not as healthy for you as the average consumer think. I’ll always visit this company for a quick strawberry, banana, and peanut butter smoothie.

I like Smoothie King. It’s not Advocare quality, but it works in a pinch. If you have to try a Smoothie King, this location is your best bet. Quick service, smiling faces, and they ahve never messed an order up.
