Another expertly executed haircut performed by opal. Her attention to detail and great personality makes getting a haircut an enjoyable experience. I would most definitely recommend knockouts and particularly Opal to anyone who want more than just a average experience.

Opal is awesome and the other girls up there are equally friendly and courtious. I go in looking like a homeless man and come out feeling refreshed and clean cut. I also enjoy the casual conversation and laughs. What more could you ask for? Really other reviewers, what’s wrong with Hooters!

This place is in need of serious supervision I have made todays attempt to get a haircut my last one ever at knockouts and I will make sure by word of mouth that everybody knows what kind of bad service they will receive there. I signed in and waited for 1 hour and still did not get a haircut. They keep on sliding their regular customers in ahead of me and the other people that had been waiting if the phone rang they would tell them to come on in and they would move them to the front of the waiting list. Then they spent more time talking to each other that cutting hair. When I arrived there only two people were ahead of me when I just got up and left there were three ahead of me in one hour
I was pushed back twice Sports clip will start receiving all of my families business from now on and now I understand why this company has to dress the little girls in tight clothes there service is horribly!

Waited over an hour and 15 minutes and had my name on the list the whole time. They keep on sliding their regular customers in ahead of me!
The women are chunky at best! They are rude, ignore you and are too busy having lil conversations to each other to help anyone!

So last week my boyfriend was in dire need of a haircut. Seriously… I had started to lovingly call him «homeless.» I couldn’t find a nearby Aveda salon (at least not quickly enough!) so we stopped at Knockouts. My bf is a huge sports fan, so this place was great. They were playing several games of interest, and were able to distract him from an errand he puts off as long as possible. They had free softdrinks and beer while you wait, another bonus.
The haircut itself was flawless and the products they used smelled good but weren’t overpowering. The staff was friendly and outgoing. The young lady at the desk could have been more professional, but I got the sense that this was really a laid back environment so I wasn’t too fussed.
I found out that they also do barber shaving, which is hard to find nowadays, and offer a whole host of other services like massage therapy and facials. Guys are all about the one-​stop-​shop.
Overall a nice place to take a guy in your life. Or even a true homeless guy. ;)
