Great, Everyone’s was friendly. a lady with red hair helped us with color IQ she was great !

This is BY FAR the best Sephora I have ever been to for four main reasons:
1. The place is huge so there’s a great selection of items and brands.
2. The people working in this store are all so knowledgeable about the products they carry and are very eager to help.
3. They are well-​stocked. Haven’t had a situation yet where they are out of the color I need.
4. There is a woman working in this store named Opal. While everyone there is good, Opal is like an all-​knowing Goddess full of helpful information. This woman really knows about all of the products and makes awesome recommendations. Every time I have purchased something she has recommended, I end up loving it. If you have any questions at all about skincare, she’s your woman — she is 57 and totally does not look it, so obviously she knows what she is doing.
Sephora is awesome because they will give you a sample for literally anything in the store that you would like to take home and try first before buying. I’ve even gotten shampoo and conditioner samples. Their return policy is awesome and lenient so you can bring back anything you’re not happy with once you get it home.

Joanna you are a freaking makeup Goddess!
I urged a friend to convert from MAC just once to have out makeup done for the Margarita Ball and this was the closest one to her. I deducted a star because the girl doing my friends makeup was not listening to her at all– we wanted full coverage, hard core drag dramatic make up, we even brought pictures. We had to have a coming to Jesus with her.
With that said– my girl, Joanna was amazing. She’s super adorable and really knows her makeup. I don’t wear a lot of it, but I ended up buying almost everything she used on me. She educated me while she was doing my make up, explaining all the techniques and why she was doing it. Definitely request her, weather you want natural or drag.
I really love the selection here. I shift back and forth from MAC only because MAC doesnt have glittery shadows. On my last visit I fell for the Kat Von D line– mega full coverage and super sparkling shadows.

Finally a free standing Sephora that is close to home. I used to have to trek to Arlington or Hurst, but not anymore. The plaza it’s located in is definitely growing, so parking can be a pain. The store itself is sizable and has everything you could possible need in the beauty department. There was tons of chicks running around to help with questions, skin shade matching, etc. A friend and I had our makeup done here before heading to Dallas Margarita Ball– I will just suggest that you have someone who specializes in the look you are going for do your makeup. If you want a dramatic smokey eye, contoured cheeks and bold eyebrows– make sure the girl doing your makeup is proficient in those things :) I picked up a blender ball on my last visit because of a recommendation of one of the makeup artists and I love it! LOVE. Now I know what all those chicks on you tube have been raving about. Be sure to sign up to be a VIP member or whatever– that way you accrue points when shopping and you can save them for freebies.
