Cross your fingers if they will get your order right. Terrible customer service. Sat in the drive through for 25 mins waiting to pick up food. Corporate needs to help this location big time.

The customer service at this location is awful and they are so slow. I have been to other locations where the staff was very friendly and the service was great. I like their selection and this is the only reason I keep going back in hopes it has gotten better. Definitely go to a different location or opt for something else.

Currently sitting here. Going on minute 8 for my fiancée to be waiting for her order to be taken. Only to find out they’re out of everything we’re here for. Bad customer service. Not happy

Have to update my review not because of the food. I like the sandwiches they have that unique bread and I like the olive spread. The problem with this store is the service the employees have not been trained on customer service. The cashier will just look away no eye contact, no greeting. And I have been coming here for a long time. They will get better service then go back to being bad service. It must be the managers they must act the same when they work the front.
I have been to other Schlotzsky’s and they do a good job. Maybe it is because I go to this one more I see the bad service. I will be going to another one down the road for now on.
For the food the sandwiches and the pizza are very good. Great selection sure to find something you like.

We’ve been eating at this location on and off (mostly off) since we moved into the area about 12 years ago. Most of this time the service has been bad but it had got better.
Hey guess what? It went from bad to walk out bad this time.
The food here is very good but the service? We walked in and there was a small line. We waited a while and noticed that nothing was happening. The girl behind the register was just kind of looking around staring into space and sort of chatting with the guy that was first in line.
After a while we figured out that the register was not working so she could not do anything. Yes I understand that she cannot ring up customers without a working register but there is no excuse why she could not inform the people in line, which by now was almost to the door.
I made a comment on this fact and she responded with the standard eat poop and die look then rolled her eyes and started staring into space again. At this point, we walked out. I blame the manager 100% for not having better control and training of their employees.
I wish this was a one-​time thing but in 12 years it’s been the same almost every time. You would think the franchisee would have gotten a clue by now.
If you’re in the mood for Schlotzsky’s go on down the same road a couple of miles to the Little Road location where you will be greeted by friendly staff and I guess a MUCH better manager.

I love Schlotzsky’s sandwiches and I would love to eat here more often but every time I come here I rarely leave with a correct order. All I ever order is a large original plain but whenever I get home it is always loaded with every vegetable on the menu. Please fix the service here!

Absolutely the slowest service I have ever experienced at a Schlotzsky’s. It took over 30 minutes for us to get out 2 small originals. This has to be the worst managed fast food restaurant I have ever seen.

Very good soup and sandwiches served here. The bread is so tasty and I especially recommend the tomato basil soup. Their flatbreads are really good too. Add a pecan Cinnabon and you’ll be set. The meals are always big enough to share, large portions.
Friendly and clean eating establishment, which isn’t often the case for fast food in this area.

Now this is a well led restaurant. When going to the drive-​through I actually miss ordered and they still rushed to correct it when I realized that I had misspoken. The sandwich had plenty of avocado and the smoked turkey was delicious. They put on just enough sauce and mayonnaise without making it overly soggy by the time you get home. They greeted me quickly both at the drive-​through and at the window to pay for my order. Having gone through the drive-​through now twice I would be much happier going to this location than the several Subway that are actually closer. I also appreciate the fact that they put more than enough toppings and meats to make it a full meal. Well done.

Today’s visit was much better than what we’ve experienced in the past. The buns today were crisp, hot and toasted. Both of our sandwiches were fixed just how we like them. Yummy visit!

My rye bun was stale aka ocercooked, so it made the whole Reuben inedible. I wrote to
and the manager offered to buy my dinner next time I stop by.
Great gesture but, as I told him, I can’t remember the last time I ate there so I won’t likely be back. I sure did appreciate the reply though.

This spot has a Cinnabon in it. I have no idea why, but I wanted a cinnabon roll. I haven’t had one in years. Maybe there is a good reason why.
I just ordered a regular cinnabon roll in the drive thru. I rolled around to pick it up, and it was already ready by the time I got to the window.
That was the coldest and hardest cinnamon roll that I have ever tasted. Totally unedible. That’s just laziness. If the only thing that you have to do is zap an old roll in the microwave and pass it out of a window, and you can’t even do that… that’s laziness.
Thanks to the staff at Schlotzsky’s/Cinnabon on Eastchase! You guys reminded me why I haven’t been here in years!
