Office Depot

Well, I haven’t had the best experiences here at this Office Depot. I’ve come in several times for large print jobs or for laminating certain things, and even though there always seems to be several employees hanging around, I feel like it takes forever to get taken care of. The other day I stood at the print center counter for a few minutes before an employee bothered to say hello to me or ask what I needed, and there were three of them. I’m not pushy or impatient, but someone could have at least said, «Hello! We’ll be with you soon,» or something along those lines. :(It’s no fun to feel invisible or like a burden.
I also think that a lot of Office Depot’s products are overpriced. Maybe not the printers and computers, but when it comes to notepads and journals and calendars and basic office equipment, you’re better off going to Target, Wal Mart, any other supermarket. Or ordering from Amazon!
However, this is a nice location. Big and clean and cool. I enjoy those «Big Ass» fans hanging from the ceiling. So breezy!

It takes forever to drop off a package and have it scanned and get a receipt. I found out that their scanner is not and has not been working since they moved to this new location. i waited and waited and waited for the lady to generate a receipt for my package. This was the second time that I had to wait and wait. If Office Depot doesn’t get that a customers time is precious then what business does? The reason that i use this store is because it saves me a trip to the UPS store.

Very nice, clean store. Friendly staff.

Nice friendly service and good prices especially on black Friday.
