I tried to place a service call today to repair two of my Hunter Douglas blinds and was told by the person who answered the phone that they could not help me unless San Pedro had made the blinds. My blinds are Hunter Douglas and I have had San Pedro out at least twice in the last 6 years with no problem. Today I was told that the repair person just didn’t have time to help me!
