I’ve been to this Pizza Hut over 10 times, and out of those 10, 8 of my orders have been messed up. There may be something to be said about me returning to the same location, but when you’re hungry and you’re in a rush, rationale goes out the window. If you have the option to go to another location, please do.

Terrible. Took an hour and a half to get my order and it was wrong. After two hours of calling and then assuring me my order was on its way they were about to close so I called and asked for a refund, they said they could not do that and could give me a credit for my next order. I am so mad. I will not be ordering again from here. I will be calling in the morning and demanding a refund. Here’s hoping that the morning people will know how to do their job because the night people do not.

Very disappointed in the order expeditor. Forgot part of the order. Had to call twice before they made the delivery. Food was cold by that time. What used to be a good neighborhood pizza delivery location has now failed in customer service.

WORSTSERVICE I’ve ever had at any pizza place. We placed an order for delivery, 45 mins into it we give them a call to check on the order since we haven’t received it. Note; that it is raining outside, we cut them some slack on that at first. But the woman we spoke to on the phone was extremely rude, gave us hardly any information we asked for. All she said was,.first asked«what do we need?» Then«it’s raining and we have only two drivers.» Well if you know you’re backed up in the first place and have only two drivers you should let the customers be aware of that so we can go pick it up ourselves. So we still cut them some slack, wait longer. And hour and a half goes by still no pizza. Then we receive a text from the delivery driver saying, «The gate will not open, please come out!» Thought that was strange, the fact that I live in a house, not an apartment complex. So they got our address wrong after we said it on the phone twice. 2 hours late without having our order delivered. We finally decide to go up to the store itself. And we ask for the manager, the woman in the front I’m guessing was the rude woman who was on the phone, by the dirty looks she gave us immediately. She goes to get«the manager» whom could care less about what we needed at all. He didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience, or give us any reassurance for a fresh new order. He had no characteristics of being a person in charge. He gave us the refund and we walked out. I would love to call the store and ask for the General Manager or Corporate phone number. But I’m sure with the way they’re running things at that location, it would not get taken care of.

I went to this restaurant to get my order and noticed a large section of 1 of the pizzas had no cheese at all. I asked for it to be remade the manager came and agreed it needed to be redone, and told me it would take 10 minutes. I left and came back in 10 minutes and the cashier told me it wasn’t ready. There was another customer complaining about her order and he told her 6 minutes. 3 minutes later he gave the other customer her order and told her to take the wrong order free as well. I continued to wait, then 10 minutes later, I asked again for my food and the manager came out and discovered the cashier had given my remade order to the other customer to compensate for«HER» inconvenience. I was sitting there the entire time, but did not know my paid for food was being given away. I asked for a refund and got it, but I barely got an apology, but the other customer get free food that I paid for and was waiting on. Customer lost!!!

The last time we ordered from them they ran out of crust and we had to settle for something else, on top of having to go pick it up because they didn’t have drivers. Tried one more time and waited for an hour for delivery, I called to check my order and they told me they had called but couldn’t reach anyone, I changed my phone number when I placed the order and it didn’t go through, but he ended up telling me that they do not deliver to apartments after dark. Definitely won’t be ordering from this location again.
