Pizza Hut

Boooooooooo as requested before someone from management please be advised I will go out of my way and drive to pick up my pizza and wings from another location… Inside of delivery from them last time they sent out a partial cook. Pizza, we recooked it ourself so the next time we ask to make sure it was cooked all the way through so they sent a burnt pizza and I mean black burnt gross pizza nows it’s been a couple of months and now this really people it’s pizza and not a five star sushi or steak house almost anyone could manage this place even a high school kid or anyone but what they got here… I decide to give a supper bad review only after 4 baddddd times so it wasn’t a fluke it was them time and time again and to that I say shame on you Pizza Hut For letting this happen please read your reviews feel free to reach out to me ps I don’t want more free pizzas I just want what I pay for not messed up every time

Ordered from here for carry out a few months ago, when I showed up they told me they had no record of my order… great. Decided to give them another shot with delivery tonight. It has to be a really busy night for them with football and everything, so I wasn’t too shocked when the pizza arrived 2 hours later even though it was quoted 45 – 50 minutes. The pizza was ice cold, I’m having to reheat it in my oven right now. Pretty unacceptable.

I ordered online and was told my order would arrive at 10:34 pm so I waited until 10:50 to call and check on my order which was a hour later from the time I ordered and was told my order was cancelled because they were out of medium pizza and my order was cancelled. How can a pizza place be out of pizza regardless of size, also they said they called me but my phone didn’t ring. I went back and looked at my call log and did have a missed call but no voice-​mail, text or email telling me that my order was cancelled. This is very unprofessional. Will not order from this location again. Below zero rating… I only gave it a 1 rating because they made me.

Carryout wait time was 45 minutes. How the hell does it take that long to make a pizza?

OK… I get a place being busy at a particular time. However, what I don’t get is how a place is always unprepared for those busy times. EVERYTIME I want to order pizza from this location, it is a ridiculous wait for delivery. I ordered online last night. When I was done ordering, the screen said to expect my order in 2 hours. 2 hours! I can make myself a pizza from scratch faster than that! I called and cancelled and ordered from a competitor. Not the food I wanted but in a timely manner (35 minutes). Get it together at this location!

I have called in twice showed up at the location and discover the order was never completed or lost. Since it’s the closest location to my home I tried a third time and this time they just accidentally gave away my order. Manager offered me a free pizza cookie in return for remaking my order. That is the only redeeming act of this Pizza Hut location. I’ve never seen so much apathy and lack of accountability at a chain restaurant. If I want a generic half baked chain pizza I now drive I half-​mile out of my way just because The quality and service at this location is so horrible. Go to the Overton Ridge location instead. Much better staff service and pizza quality.

Pizza was wonderful. Omg. It was here before I even expected and tasted wonderful! The delivery man was very sweet too, thx Pizza Hut

I’m giving them 4 stars for the service and presentation. This Pizza Hut always seem to have some of the nicest people inside the place and as delivery drivers. They seem to always cater to every detail of your order. It is worth paying more for than the others because the pizza and other items always taste so good and fresh.
The other star wasn’t given due to me not being such a big pizza eater…

Great customer service and good pizza. Ordered over the phone and came in to pick up. They are a lot faster service then domonoirs

this still tops any pizza ive ever had! the buttery crust is just scrumptious!
