Ordered a delivery for a large pizza and pasta that comes with breadsticks. Pizza was delivered in perfect condition, but the pasta was dry and cold and we never got the breadsticks. I called them up and was put on hold for 10 minutes before trying to call again. They hung up on me after waiting 5 minutes so I tried one more time was initially told my order didn’t come with breadsticks. He didn’t even both to check what my order number was. He agreed to send them over after seeing my order did come with breadsticks, but they never came. Horrible establishment.

STAYAWAY!!! This place sucks! I wish I wouldn’t have given this place another opportunity but here I am waiting for my pizza delivery after ordering TWO hours ago! I figured they’d deliver faster since I literally live across the street! I tried calling to cancel my order but they hung up on me after being on hold for 10 minutes!

This was my first time at this Pizza Hut. Not impressed. Place was not very clean. It took someone a while to come and ask us what we would like to drink, and to give us menus. We finally ordered our food and was able to eat. The pizza was good for sure, but it took forever to get our ticket and check out. Over all I was not happy and the service was not that great.

I called and cancelled my order after 2 hours of waiting. The driver finally showed up after I cancelled, then proceeded to give me a go to hell stare when I told him I no longer wanted the pizza. Shouldn’t he be apologetic for ruining our dinner plans? Don’t waste your time with this store.

I uxoriously love pizza. But this particular venue makes me momentarily forget my love of alfredo sauces and mozzarella cheeses and despise the very term pizza. They consistently and egregiously get the order wrong each and every time, almost to the point of comic absurdity. On their website they clearly say«love it or we will make it right». However, much to my chagrin, when my pizza arrived it was predictably missing a topping and came without the new fancy flavored crust. Tragically, I did not love it(it was also undercooked and had no sauce to speak of) and I called them on the telly to explain my disappointment. The man on the line informed me «We were out of mushrooms, someone was suppose to call you.» Unquestionably, but such a prudent gesture was never offered. I asked them tenderly if they could fix the wrong order, but listened helplessly as the representative hemmed and hawed. Eventually, I hung up the telly and emailed corporate. They gave me a coupon for a free pizza. But really, who wants a tainted pizza from this place of bad memories and toxic thoughts? Even if it is free, the taint is priceless. New management and better trained employees is the only fix here, but I do wonder if change will ever come to Pizza Hut.

Went to pick up two pizzas. Upon arrival, noticed several employees outside smoking by their cars. Went inside to pick up the pizzas and waited several minutes to even be greeted by employees. At least eight workers ignored us and finally a young man who was washing dishes came out to help us. As many employees as this location has in the parking lot including the girl with rainbow hair, they could be a drive in pizza place. Next time, order from somewhere else.

I have ordered from this location off & on for about five years. The service has just gotten worse and worse. I’ve given them many chances. I’ve tried ordering online, over the phone and have even gone in person for carryout. They are either extremely slow, run out of items, place you on hold for 5 – 6 minutes at a time or flat out just don’t want to help you. Tonight was the last straw when I was lied to about an item no longer existing on their menu(I confirmed with 2 other locations that they still offer it). I created a Unilocal account just to give this feedback as the store management/franchise owner just doesn’t seem to care and I want to help others avoid this location if they can.

Came to this restaurant and very disappointed with the service. Only one group of four at the table and that was it. Stephanie, the waitress finally served us after I approached her. That should have been a red flag for me on how the service was going to be. Stephanie was very apologetic at first and kindly took my order. The pizza came out fast and again she was very courteous. She refilled my drink and I asked for silverware and extra plate. 10 minutes have passed and I asked her again. She said she would be right back and she never came back. At this point all was lost but I wanted a refill. Of course I had to approach her again and I let her know how I felt and she used the excuse she is the only person working. I let her know that it was not busy when I came in and it took a total of 15 minutes before I had to ask her to serve me!!! I never seen such a lazy waitress as in this case. I was irritated at her and I asked for the manager, then she said she was the manager. I was not sure if she was telling the truth but I told her I was displeased with her service. She asked me to go sit down and stated she would no longer serve me and my family. Finally she refused to give me refill. I went back to my table and got ready to leave. I asked the assistant manager for my check and he was very apologetic for Stephanie’s behavior. I was charged half price for the pizza and was not charged for my drinks. So a bad night here turned a little positive. The experience here with Stephanie I will escalate to Pizza Hut corporate office in Plano, TX. This is not The way to treat customers. Stephanie’s behavior was absolutely unnecessary. If she is really a manager then she has no business being in a leadership type role. Refusing to serve my family because she was offended that I gave her a little constructive criticism, is something a real leader will know how to handle; not act immature as a high school kid would do. So as others has posted negative reviews regarding this particular Pizza Hut, I still came here to find out for myself so I can conduct my own review. Oh did I not realize what I was in store for. Now, I would be writing an interesting negative review thanks to the horrible-lazy waitress there. For others that read these reviews, please don’t ignore the warnings as I did, because 99% of you will be disappointed with the lack of customer service here. My advice, don’t come here and go to the nearby Super Target and get a Pizza Hut personal pan there. At least at Target they treat customers with respect.

They took over 45 mins and brought pizza with the wrong sauce, giving us Alfredo instead of marinara on both pizzas. They also left out the frosting for cinnastix and sauce for the breadsticks. I hate giving bad reviews but this is just lazy service. Two stars for them replacing the order but it took a whole mother hour to get it…

One fond memory that I have of this chain is that my grandfather would come over and order Pizza Hut pizzas piled high with everything under the sun, sodas, and breadsticks, and we’d check out some movies and make a family night out of it. Everything was cheesy and delicious. Good times with Pizza Hut in the 90’s lol. Pizza Hut used to be my favorite, and I hated Domino’s…in 2013 I find this reversing. Dominos has morphed into something rather tasty and Pizza Hut has turned into cardboard. I don’t know what Pizza Hut has been doing to their pizzas over the last few years(you can’t say just nostalgia, I liked them as an adult too) but they are just gross now. The sauce is clumpy and flavorless, there is no cheese, and the crust is basically just grease. This store particularly annoys me however. When I am out voted or go against my better judgement, they have ALWAYS — every single time — gotten some part of the order wrong. They always have an attitude, are usually out of ranch dip and the pizza is typically burnt AND cold. Just yuck. I know it is just a chain, but to drop from my favorite chain pizza, to I’d rather have a frozen pizza from Kroger, is pretty sad.

So if you’ve never heard of Pizza Hut before I’d be amazed so I will refrain from explaining the process… Got a mailer recently so we decided to order a pizza(on a Sunday) and bread sticks for lunch today. Maybe its because I used their online ordering system, but at 1:59 pm the order was placed, and not until then did it alert me that the estimated time of arrival would be… drum roll please! 3:59pm. Yes, that’s two hours to have a single pizza and some bread sticks delivered less than 3 miles! We debated just going and picking it up, or calling and cancelling, but we had work to do around the apartment and the convenience was the benefit. So to their credit, the pizza showed up 15 minutes early, of course, that’s still 1 hr 45 mins after the order… an obscenely long time for a pizza especially when they automatically charge $ 2.50 just to have it delivered and then make sure you know that the gratuity is not included. What happens to the money? Who gets it anyway? The pizza looked like it had been made at the least an hour in advance. It was dried out and appeared no different than one I could have left on the counter. The cheese was burnt in several places, and the pepperonis had reabsorbed the grease and were nasty. Papa John’s next time and every time after, for sure– So this is ticky-tacky, but a show of character of the restaurant to me: The driver had my receipt when arriving at the door, read it to me, and then I paid, and yes, tipped him despite that $ 2.50 that goes to… well… IDK. Anyhow… I left for work a couple hours later and noticed a receipt emblazoned with the Pizza Hut logo on the ground. Looking brand new, I picked it up to examine it out of the suspicion that it was the one for my order, of which was confirmed. I mean really? Just throw your trash with my name, address, and phone number on the ground outside my apartment complex? Good thing identity theft isn’t a worry for people these days– groan. And hell, to just litter at my complex like that? No worries towards him doing that again, I won’t be calling them back anyway.
