This place cannot even do their job — they serve no food. EVERY time I come here they’re out of 75% of the food items so I turn right around and walk out, as I just did at 8pm on a Friday night. I seriously hope this location goes out of business so another store can open and better serve the neighborhood, or at least gets under new ownership soon.

I can take or leave(mostly leave) Chinese food and especially Panda Express but the husband really wanted it. On Friday when he wanted it originally there was no white rice. Really? Today I had to wait for orange chicken and teriyaki sauce. Again seriously? They are signature items. I’m never coming back to this location.

Food is adequate service is adequate. Unfortunately they are never prepared. I stop by on my way home from work which seems to be a busier time of day. Usually they are out of most things and you have to wait 20 plus minutes. Keep in mind they only have like ten options. It’s a very convenient location for me but I usually pass them up, especially if they have few customers in line. I’m tired from a long day and not willing to wait. If they made an effort and prepared for their busier times of day I would frequent this place more often. It’s not that difficult.

I was very disappointed when I visited yesterday for lunch. Nothing resembled Chinese or American-Chinese food. The fried rice had vegetables that were pre-packaged frozen variety mixed in. The mixed sautéed vegetables were stale(carrots were dried out and turning white) and VERY bland. The orange chicken(hoping they had General Tso… but didn’t) was the best flavored dish I tried, but tasted like it had been sitting there for awhile. Honestly, I know it must be difficult to run this manner of restaurant given that you need hot fast food all of the time and you try not to sacrifice quality, but inevitable it goes out the window. I finished my meal only because I was very hungry, but I won’t be returning to a Panda Express.

Now I remember why I stopped coming here – not so hot food and the worst customer service in town. I came here yesterday evening for a quick bite before I went to the grocery store. I got the brown rice and their very proud Angus steak. I’m unsure why they charge extra for the beef as it’s full of gristle, the pieces are too large for bites and they don’t offer knives. The rice and tea were good. A cute little 3 year old provided entertainment. I guess I’ve had my fill and I’ll return to my other Asian restaurants where I can get more and better food. I imagine the other guests did not go out of their way to get there, either.

First off I’ll start by saying that I love panda express. Not, however, this location. Anytime I come in here, whether it be lunch rush or middle of the day, they have no food! I just left with no food because they had no lo mein and no fried rice. I was told it would be at least 15 minutes. Not to mention about 50% of the rest of their pans were empty as well. Dear corporate, please fix this location! Sincerely, hungry panda express lover!

The corporate offices have reported and made sure that the regional managers know about these problems, their customer service and response is impeccable.

The food had been sittiig out for a long time. It was old and dry. The veggies were bland, no seasonng, and the egg rolls were cold with no crunch. Disappoiting.

Pretty upset to walk in at 9:40 pm and all they have is orange chicken and fried rice. Everything else is put up even tho they don’t close for 20 more minutes. Like the food but unhappy with the way too early clean up time.

Good food, the«Chef» who has cut his sleeves cause he can’t wear a large shirt I guess is a dick to his co-workers. Not sure if he’s management or not but any time there’s a hold up its cause he’s been using his position as a power trip. You need certain food out on the line to service customers stop making the servers beg at you to restock food.

This review isn’t necessarily about my dine-in service with them, but rather my experience with their catering service & staff friendliness. I’ve used Panda Express to cater almost 4 events of mine & each time I am so impressed. The owner, Hector, is a very kind & generous man. He always brings me their catering coupon(get an extra party tray when you spend a certain amount) & this last time when I was ordering he even gave me a free drink. My school has a special contract with that particular Panda Express in which Hector will actually deliver the food to our school. The food is always hot & fresh whenever it arrives. As someone who is Chinese, I think that the food is pretty good. It’s never going to be authentic Chinese food, but it’s definitely not as greasy or sloppily made like other locally-owned American Chinese restaurants are. Catering with them is incredibly easy. They not only give you huge party trays with lids, but they also provide plastic utensils & serving spoons, paper plates(once Hector was afraid that he didn’t have enough plates & offered to run by the nearest convenience store to purchase some bless his heart), napkins, & fortune cookies. There is really minimal clean-up. Because of their absolutely fantastic service, I’m giving this particular Panda Express 5-stars. Any other old Panda Express would receive 3-stars since I usually don’t like it, but this one has really gone above & beyond my expectations.

I have many vices in this world, one of them being Chinese food buffets. Panda Express on Hulen helps satiate one of the many crippling addictions that are slowly consuming my life. This particular Panda Express is pretty gnar. The ladies behind the counter scoop big, albeit begrudgingly at times. Every once in a while when I demand bigger scoops, I’ll get back a little sass. Check the sass ladies! I recommend you get it «to go» because you’ll actually get more food that way. I’m a plain jane kind of dude. So when this warthog gets a hankerin for some fresh panda meat, I always go for dubz orange chicken with Chow Mein. Wash it down with an liter of Mountain Dew. Grub that whole meal and I’ll be mildly impressed. You’ll be geared up to tackle the day after a quick cat nap under your desk.

I used to love Panda express. Nothing against this place but the lackluster has worn off and the orange chicken is good but not«don’t try to hold me back» good. Maybe my palate is more sophisticated but that is quite unlikely or the fact that there were tons of HS kids there making ruckus. Probably the latter.

As far as chain restaurants go I am good with this one. I’ve got no major complaints about anything at this place, but at the same time nothing really stands out to give it that extra UMPH that I like in food. This is one of those stores where you go through a line, tell them what you want, they take the pre-made food and put it together, then hand it to you and you pay. Maybe this is what doesn’t make Panda amazing to me. I like places where I can go in and know the food is being made just for me, here I feel like I’m just another number in the food line. But, there is nothing very wrong with this store. If you have nowhere else to go then I guess you could go here, the food and prices are decent. Decent, but not great. It’s alright I guess.
