Waiter was very attentive. The food here brings back childhood memories of eating at other locations. Yummilicious. I must be getting old because I didn’t raise the flag due to being stuffed! I’m glad to see there’s one of these guys out here where I can enjoy.. sopapillas!

Service was nice better then expected and from other reviewers complaints I was Happy even pleasantly surprised! Now for the food it is what it is just average at best except for a few item that I just love from childhood times… sso know what you’re going to get before you go there and expect that kind of food and you will be ok(it’s well below on the border style food well below and it’s above fast food taco joints) it’s not near what I remind from childhood and oh my how my tastebuds have changed but it work well am for a group of church members that’s all wanted different things

I would give this a one star, but about once every 2 – 3 years, «I want same Pancho’s.» Every time I go, I wonder why I wanted it. BUT, all you can eat offers variety and that’s probably a part of why I wanted it, every so often… While we were there, the AC must’ve been out. They had big, oscillating fans setup everywhere, blowing cool air on the food. That was kind of annoying. If you’ve never been to Pancho’s, this is NOT what I would call«quality» Mexican or Tex-Mex. If you want that, go just about ANYWHEREELSE. If you want all you can eat and some variety, «maybe» give Pancho’s a try. In another 2 – 3. 4? years, I may want some Pancho’s again, if they’re still around.

Had a nice time eating here. Food is good, restaurant was clean. Our server totally exceeded expectation. I recommend asking for Felix to be your server too. He’s polite, great personality, very welcoming an courteous.

If I could give this place zero stars then I would. Not only is it filthy and disgusting, but the food is atrocious. Everything is either watered down or stale. I don’t think they know the meaning of «fresh food.»

I know the«knock» on Pancho’s but I still love this place! Of course it’s not«fine dining» but for what it is… I always walk away satisfied. The food is hot, the service is prompt and professional, I enjoy it every time!

This place sucks. It’s really gone downhill over the years and I’m surprised it’s still in business.

I wanted sopapillas and knew panchos made them and they use to be the best. Well not only was the food bad so are the sopapillas now. So done with panchos now.

The workers here are sweet, and try hard — perhaps trying to counteract the abysmal quality of the recipes and food. Unfortunately, it’s like putting lipstick on a pig. The food is an anachronism — it would fit more into a forties bus station than this century, but not in a charming way. The salsa is like Pace Picante, the tacos made with hard shell Old El Paso shells.

This place is so old and ran down and filthy! The food is poor quality, the sour cream was the consistency of soup! It was really a gross disappointment.

Oh Pancho’s how I’ve missed you. First off lemme state, yes I know, but hear me out, I mean after all, it is Pancho’s. What do I mean by that? What I mean is you don’t compare apples to oranges, so the four-star rating comes from apples to apples. As everyone else pointed out, this location moved from I-20 and Old Granbury Rd to Hulen St and Granbury Rd. This buildings previous uses, I have no knowledge of. Is the food the best thing in the world, no. But you don’t come to Pancho’s for the best food in the world. You come for awesome flautas, tacos, tostadas, and alright enchiladas. AND the sopapillas! Yes, the food is dirt cheap, so expect the same loving quality. This location doesn’t offer anything mind-blowingly special, tho we did have an excellent waitress helping us out and everyone in the serving line was wonderfully friendly. The food was hot and fresh(and tasted just like I remembered it tasting, for what that’s worth). Yes I may seem like I’m dogging Pancho’s while doting on it, but I’m doing it lovingly. So lets leave it at this-you walk in knowing what you’re getting yourself into, and so long as you know that, you should walk out as satisfied as one can expect to be. Much Love Pancho’s, See Ya Next Time :)

It’s Panchos. What do u expect? This one is just as mediocre as any other I’ve ever been too, but what can I say? Sometimes I just crave their grease.

Multiple Pancho’s reviews= refined palate. Tried to go to Prima’s on a Monday night and were shocked! and dismayed! to find them closed. On a larf, we talked about coming here, just a stone’s throw away. Hope bubbled up since it was a recent opening. The good: The service. Prompt, efficient, and friendly. Food was predictable. Better than a Patio frozen dinner but a rung below Taco Bueno. On par with the Bell. The bad: The stuff that was missing. Like the dessert bar. No sundae fixin’s(soft serve in a cone is the only option) churros, etc. That’s some bull right there. If I’m going to Pancho’s, I have committed to the onslaught of grease and cholesterol. I pouted. To top off our night, the waitress asked us if we were from here. We replied yeah, we’re local. Why? «You two just… don’t look like you belong.» …I’ll take it as a compliment.

MEH! ya know for a place that had an upgrade from the last location and in hopes of coming back with a better look and feel and most importantly TASTE! I was let down by my recent visit to the new location. the food had an old taste and feel to it. the tortilla was ruff around the edges the enchiladas had this old rubber paste around the top which shows that its been heating up under that same sauce for more than 2hrs. I think this place will be the death of Pancho’s for this area unless they act fast and start making food right and doing a better job of it.

Pancho’s has been around for what 30 years almost. I had’n’t been in over 10 years. I went with a couple of friends to the orginal one in Mesquite. It hasn’t changed at al. Price great and the enchilada’s ok and Fantastic tacos for all you can eat. I love to beinge and go and have 10 tacos and a couple of enchiladas. The fry bread with honey is good also.

Pancho’s just recently re-located from their long-standing location up the road by I-20 and they moved into this new location where Lotus Chinese buffet was for many years(and was most recently occupied by the sub-par Chuy’s). We look forward to Pancho’s new location and their continued quality food. With Pancho’s, you either love it or hate it… and I love it!
