The only reason I’m giving a 3 is because the service was GODAWFUL. No one was friendly, we sat and waited 10 – 15 minutes and no waiter/waitress showed up we had to go ask the hostess where our server was. Food took forever as well. So did my drink from the bar and mind you they weren’t busy at all. The food and drinks were delicious but the experience was ruined by the staff. Try the Mongolian beef it’s my favorite dish here and I will say they have the best egg drop soup around by a long shot. Just go to a different location.

Just another chain restaurant. Loud, mediocre food, horrible service. Our food came way before our cocktails did. Our waitress was standing at a nearby table packing up leftovers while we were sitting with our lukewarm appetizers in front of us waiting on our cocktails. Even though there were plenty of empty booths they sat us right next to a table with a noisy child. We got up and moved ourselves. Won’t be back.

PF Chang’s is pretty decent. Nothing too exciting about it really. You got your basic dishes with your choice of rice. It’s good most of the time, other times it is average at best.

Great service but what happened to the food. The beef and chicken were low quality… Barely better than the Chinese Super Buffet but no free ice cream. They have really gone down hill.

Overpriced and uninspired is the best way I could explain my dining experience here. I have had frozen food that was better than what I served. I think they are trying to get by on the fact that PF Changs is well known and they think that having the word word Bistro attached it to it will somehow make it more fancy. I was extremely unimpressed and would not dine here again. It was a complete waste of my hard earned money. Wait staff was ok, but nothing special to warrant any positive feedback. They just seem to be going through the motions. I can’t really blame them especially knowing that they are well aware of the souless food they are being forced to serve.

I recall fondly eating at PF Chang’s in Metairie, LA in 2002 and have subsequently eaten here a few times over the years. Sadly this now taste like frozen food that has been heated and served. This visit we started with Chicken Satay and found it to be good enough– probably the best dish that we had on this day. I had Walnut Shrimp with Melon and really did not like it. I love Shrimp, Walnuts, and Honeydew melon, but the sauce tasted like sweetened mayonnaise and I did not like it. My dining partner had Korean BBQ Chicken and left much on her plate. I sampled the BBQ and was not impressed. The wait staff was okay, but he did act a little too familiar and chummy for my comfort. Also the patrons at this nice central Fort Worth location appeared as if they had all just come in from the country to have a fun day in the«big city». This was overall not a pleasant dining experience.

I’ve always loved pf changs, and this one did not disappoint — except for dessert. We ordered the Dinner for Two which included dessert wontons on the menu. We didn’t learn until the end that they had substituted a banana spring roll. That was gross. Otherwise the food was delicious, and we don’t really order dessert out unless it’s included so we will remember for next time to simply order from the main menu. The Mongolian beef is the best! Love the egg rolls and lettuce wraps, and the garlic noodles are also delicious. This location is downtown Fort Worth and they offer free valet parking which is great! Definitely go and enjoy and skip dessert.

To many times I’ve been let down by Asian cuisine, not true for P.F. Chang’s. I’ve now been two times at two locations, Plano & Ft Wt. Damn I am making this my official date night destination as well as lunch on the go. The bar is top notch and the service is badass. No place can touch their tofu dishes, anything on the menu can basically be done with tofu. Spicy and surprisingly fulfilling. I’ll recommend the Egg Drop soup, Chang’s spicy tofu and a glass of Malbec. Enjoy the leftovers in the a.m. the next day if you so choose. :)

Since when did the restaurant’s food start tasting the exact same as the grocery store frozen meals? Also when did they do away with bringing out the sauce tray and explaining the process of adding/mixing

I have to say how surprised I am at the service received today. Previous service has been pretty good, but today my order was messed up twice and the service was slow. I’m sure every has a bad day, and I’m not sure if it was the waitress or the people receiving the orders. Either way our experience today could have been much better. They only earned one or zero stars today, but I’m hopeful that things will improve.

When you go to PF Changs, the one thing you should be able to count on is flavor — even if it leans towards over-the-top salty or sweet of fast casual food. I wish we had stayed home with leftovers. I ordered the Thai steak and noodle salad, which tasted bitter and had a very rough texture. For ~$ 12.50 maybe I shouldn’t expect so much. But it didn’t turn out to be, as I had hoped, a substitute for my favorite salad of the same name at Hillstone /Houston’s.(Wishful thinking.) My wife ordered Buddha’s Feast and was similar underwhelmed by the bland results. For great Asian food in Fort Worth, try Thai Select or Thailicious instead.

I had a meeting scheduled downtown at the Fort Worth Library. I wanted to get a quick bite to eat before hand. P.F. Chang’s is right around the corner from the library so it was a perfect choice. I didn’t want anything too heavy. I decided just to order soup and sushi. For the soup, I ordered P.F. Chang’s Egg Drop soup. It’s the best. For the sushi, I decided on the Calfornia Rolls. The order came with 8 pieces which was more than enough to fill me up especially with the soup. The sushi was rolled perfectly and wonderful. Service on Sunday afternoon was perfect for the day. It wasn’t rushed at all and I never needed anything. The Fiesta Breeze ice tea was SO refreshing. During my visit, I felt and was treated like a very valued customer.

I really love going to PF Changs During the week it is less crowded and during the weekend you will wait almost a hour to be seated. Besides that the food is great, the waiters are always charming, and the atmosphere is very romantic and classy. Love going here!

We went here last night to celebrate my brother’s birthday and I truly enjoyed myself. Our server was Jose and he was very patient and informative. For it to be crowded and a Saturday night, our wait wasn’t that long and our food came out pretty quickly, considering. We ordered the Northern Style Spareribs, combination fried rice, crisp honey shrimp and seaseme chicken. This fed myself, my husband and 2 very hungry, growing boys. I enjoyed everything except the spareribs. It wasn’t bad, I think I just expected it to take like California style spareribs. Jose told us that they he could exchange it for something else, but my husband likes them, so he finished them off. The birthday boy ordered the lobster fried rice and it looked heavenly. Everyone else enjoyed their food. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and I look forward to going back. Our bill was under $ 60 with drinks and everything included. Not bad at all… I look forward to going back again. P. S. Jose, if you are reading this… You owe me eggs and rice:-)

2cnd visit first review– I’ve been a changs fan for years. It would seem however that times change. Menu: wow — now serving tacos? Wow I mean why? Esp in the texas market? Menu part 2: it’s a confusing to say the least. Next — food. Tried the lettuce wraps«good» but not great — slighty greasy, commercial. Tried the dumplings — oh my — was that a whole box of mortons salt on those six dumplings? Changs has lost their cultural identity that made them changs. I for one am sad.

P.F. Chang has recently improved: the menu, specifically. My family and I have frequented this location for YEARS, and I will say, there is excellent service, always! It is the paragon of a «nice» restaurant, a classic choice for special occasions(anniversary, birthday, etc.) I have no complaints about this restaurant, but it’s not one that has quite swept me off of my feet ;) Oh, and my parents have reported them offering free appetizers a lot lately! It seems the cooks are trying out some new recipes. In short, a consistent pleasure.

Why does the chef put water chestnut is everything! Went here for a birthday celebration. The table seating was cozy. We ordered several dishes to share family style. The mandarin white and herbal peach tea served in a hot pot are both delicious. Some key dishes we enjoyed are the stir fried green beans, egg drop soup… surprisingly, Buddha’s feast, stir fried eggplant. We ordered some meat dishes but they were just alright. For dessert: the coconut pineapple ice cream severed alone or with the fried banana is so good! The flavor is different and a definite must try instead of the vanilla or chocolate flavor.
