Well it’s the start of another boating season, so here I am spending money at North Texas Marine. One familiar face is gone from the parts department (Inga), but there is a new one too (Kevin). And it’s good to see Roger again. While I never spend a ton of money here, the help I receive is if I was. While I’m not in the market for a new boat, if I ever was I would certainly consider NTM, as I’m pretty sure I would be happy with the service department too.

I recently purchased a used Four Winns from North Texas Marine. They treated everything about that sale as if it were a new boat. They were patient and answered all of my questions, they immediately addressed my concerns, and they went so far as to bring the boat from it’s Gainesville location to Ft. Worth to save me time and make it easier. Brad Wallace was excellent, as were all of the staff in Ft. Worth. They even delivered the boat to me in Waco. And although there were some unanticipated issues, they went over the top to make sure I was happy. Won’t use or recommend anyone else. They are excellent!
